Pita Way - Brighton Mediterranean

Pretty disappointing gyro experience. Was excited when I entered and saw the Gyro meat on the spit, excited to get some sizzling toasted meat sliced off that. Ordered a Gyro sandwich, and they open up some container on the counter and pull out cold grey gyro meat. I go “you dont toast and shave it off the spit?” And they respond “its the same”

This is not the same, the sandwich was cold, flavorless, pita was stale. Ingredient section was a mess with all the toppings spilled into their neighboring containers.

I hope they stop the practice of serving gyro meat from a container, any Mediterranean restaurant in Europe would balk at the idea.

I eat pita way more than I’d care to admit to anyone that doesn’t work here, BUT the food has always been great. The staff was always great, but I have noticed a large amount of new employees through the store. The new employees kinda make me not want to ever come back, which sucks because I’ve been here at least once a week consistently for the last year and a half. After my experience tonight I’m not sure that I’ll return to this location, probably give my business and tips to the South Lyon location if any.

Tasty food. Ordered on Doordash. Paid $1.15 to add pickled turnips in my bowl and yet not a pickled turnip in sight. So that was a bit of a letdown.

So delicious! Very fresh and well seasoned.

Prices have gotten out of control. I tried the Legacy Bowl today and found it unsatisfying. Also, whose idea was it to include limp lettuce in a hot bowl? Gross.

The workers are always friendly and efficient. The legacy bowl is always delicious and the perfect portion for anyone trying to watch their calories. Not to mention, a steal of a deal at $9.99 for a very flavorful and filling meal.

The Brighton location is fantastic. The people working there are kind and courteous and the restaurant is always so fresh and so clean clean… We will continue to go back there.

The staff is incredible.. they have always been so kind to me.. Every Single Time I walk in and today, I ordered a bowl from a direction location and it spilled in the bag in my car, I was so upset, I went over to this location and they kindly made me a fresh new bowl and were COMPLETE saints about the whole thing! Turned my day around. GREAT staff, they didn’t even have to help me at all today but they did anyway out of the kindness of their hearts! This is the pita way I will ALWAYS go to. I highly recommend this location!

I've gone to the Pita Way in Grand Blanc—excellent. This one, not so much. Small portions of cold food, and the workers (beyond the woman who took my order) looked at me like an obstacle, and didn't speak a word. And a leak in the roof was just going onto the floor, they didn't bother putting a bucket out. Sheesh.
