Pita Way - Brighton Mediterranean

I've gone to the Pita Way in Grand Blanc—excellent. This one, not so much. Small portions of cold food, and the workers (beyond the woman who took my order) looked at me like an obstacle, and didn't speak a word. And a leak in the roof was just going onto the floor, they didn't bother putting a bucket out. Sheesh.

This place is pretty solid, but definitely don’t recommend ordering online. You’ll select rice for your Pita Bowl, but you’ll get 2 pounds of hummus instead. I like hummus, but 2 pounds is a little too much.

First and foremost, I love Pita way, I am very loyal customer between the Brighton and Howell locations. I have really noticed the portions getting smaller. When adding toppings I frequently have to ask the staff to add more. For over 15+ per bowl this should not be an issue. In several of the reviews you are seeing people complain about the same thing. Do better.

Was loyal to Pita way, going once or twice weekly. About 2 weeks ago was surprised with a chicken bone in my white meat bowl. Took a couple weeks to decide to return. Yesterday found some type of clear plastic film in my rice. Likely wont be returning. Very dissatisfied seeing as though these rice bowls are now more than $15 out the door. I will say service is friendly, but that wont get me back in the door after these last two experiences.

They went downhill fast. No more pickle turnips, they now do an up charge for sauces and no military discount. Too expensive to even want to have it anymore...just sad.

The food is always good here and the employees are so kind and efficient. I've gotten carryout from the Brighton location a few times but today we dined in with a big group. The staff is just really great and we all got our food quickly. Can't say enough good things about the experience today.

My family and I stopped by after our son's soccer game and I was really impressed with the friendliness, patience, and service of all the staff. We definitley complicated our orders for them and they handled it so well, with a smile on their faces! The food was fresh and delicious as well. The management must be doing a great job!

Kid-friendliness: If you have kids with you, you'll get 2 free little meals per adult meal.

Went there on 8/24/24 around 5:50 PM. Staff was incredibly rude the entire time. Chicken was so dry it was difficult to eat. They were also blasting trashy rock music from like 2008. Felt like some dirty bmx dudes with god awful tattoos were serving dry chicken sandwiches. Terrible experience and won’t be back.

This pita way is always great! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I have an onion allergy and they are always willing to make sure they work around that. My 2 year old loves the kids rice bowl and my other 2 kids love the pita wraps. Everything and everyone is 100% every time!

Excellent! Pita Way Bowl is so good. I love picking my own goodies. The pickled cabbage is delicious. Need one in Mt Pleasant! Keep the Cone.
Ps- corporate needs to know that people still eat soup when it's summer. Especially Chicken Lemon Rice.
