Ive had enough bad experiences, where i feel the need to finally leave a review. Here i sit in front of the store at 830, website and front door say open til' 9. Literally as i pull up they turned the lights off. Another customer actually just pulled up and left as well. The girls working here are very rude if you walk in anytime really, even more so if it is within an hour of closing. Just the vibe i get and they make me feel awkward a lot because i can tell theyre annoyed they actually have to work some more. And im 100% certain that is the vibe theyre giving off. I can read ppl really well. These girls have been here about a year and it has been horrible. Even if the door isn't actually locked them turning the lights off as I'm pulling up is not a welcoming sign.

Ordered online for pickup at 1145 order wasn't ready. Asked about it said they'd rush it through the water 6 other walk in customers get their food before mine was ready at noon. Multiple other people waiting as well. Customer service was horrible and felt like I'll go out of my way not to come here again

Jason and his crew provided an excellent service service for my wife’s and I lunch today. Being original customers of the establishment we always like coming here because we always get good service. Jason was exceptional not only was caring about producing the sub sandwich correctly for us, but his entertainment, humor, and personality really made it a joy to be here today. Today is 911 The 23rd anniversary of that tragedy. If people like Jason that makes this world a much better place and I’m very grateful for him.

my first time coming to a Potbelly, and I'll definitely be back. my sandwich was outstanding, chips were great.... and the strawberry ? dragonfruit was tasty. the restaurant was very clean, as were the restrooms.
Parking: 6 or 7 spots
Wheelchair accessibility: came with pops using a walker, and we did just fine. ♿

My wife and I came in the other night for dinner and I wasn't very happy with the kids that worked that shift. It was around 6pm and we had to ring the bell for service. That seemed to annoy the girl who came out and took our order. I felt very unwelcome by her. By the time we got our food she was already gone so I couldn't ask her her name so I asked for the manager name and a young man told me it was Alex and when I realized it was her I was astonished, how could someone like her be a manager of customer service honesty? She does not deserve that position. The food was great no complaints there.

Me and my family came in on Saturday. It was very warm and welcoming. This was the first time at Potbelly and it was a 10/10. We had the avo turkey, turkey and Swiss and the Italian. Highly recommend all three.

I go to potbelly often, in multiple locations. This one has consistently given undercooked/barely toasted subs and leaves out multiple items. Idk how to express the disappointment in bashing your favorite sub place. I could eat here every day. But not this location. Thanks for the soggy subs with half the ingredients.
