If you’re looking for a meal that brings your family closer together—I mean, way closer—look no further than Qdoba. My wife, my two daughters, and I had the privilege of experiencing their food, and let me tell you, the real “flavor explosion” doesn’t happen in your mouth… it happens in your bathroom.

It started out innocent enough—just a normal dinner, a few burritos, some queso, and a side of naive optimism. Fast forward a few hours, and we were all fighting for our lives in a one-bathroom household. It was like the Hunger Games, but instead of food, we were battling for toilet rights. My wife was perched on the porcelain throne, I was in the bathtub holding a trash can, and my daughters were pleading for mercy outside the door. At one point, I considered breaking into our neighbor’s house just to use their bathroom.

I have seen things I can’t unsee. I have heard sounds no human should ever hear. The walls still echo with the cries of desperation and the gurgling of upset stomachs. Qdoba didn’t just serve us dinner—they gave us an unforgettable family experience, a shared trauma that will bond us for life.

Would I eat here again? Only if I’m trying to lose 10 pounds overnight or qualify for a medical leave of absence from work. Otherwise, I’ll be sticking to food that doesn’t make me regret every decision I’ve ever made.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for weight loss.
⭐️ for family suffering.
⭐️⭐️ for the sheer power of their food’s destructive capabilities.

Qdoba: where the food goes in hot and comes out hotter. Consider yourself warned.

Placed an online order for pickup today. Requested extra lettuce in my bowl but was given no lettuce at all. Also given incredibly small portions compared to other locations. Disappointing

Maybe two table spoons of meat in a giant burrito filled with bland ingredients

Gave this place several chances. Order is always wrong. Burritos are loaded with rice and lacking in meat and flavor. Haven't had this issue at other locations. I'm done with this place.

Multiple times now I’ve had the audacity to try and order food after 6:30 only to find the online ordering not available. Says they’re open until 9. Such a disgrace. So unreliable

I have severe food poisoning from this location. I’ve had diarrhea for 3+ days accompanied with the WORST stomach cramps I’ve ever had in my life.

ordered delivery through the mobile app and I had an issue with the DOORDASH driver, DOORDASH delayed my order by 1 1/2 hours and the driver stopped for forty minutes before delivering so everything was cold when it arrived. DOORDASH customer service hung up on me when I asked for an explanation or credit on my account.
I called the brighton store (where I placed the order and Jack and Erica were SO HELPFUL!) I was frazzled and my staff were sad about the cold food but Erica helped my situation without it being the stores fault at all. VERY good customer service and willing to help customers with bad orders.

PRO TIP: do not order delivery through app - if you want a doordash order on doordash. BUT skip doordash and just drive to pick up yourself if you can - the QDOBA staff will be much more polite and helpful than any doordasher I've ever interacted with.

FIVE STARS across the board.

Every table in the place hasn't been cleaned for the past several customers. I would bet money they might get cleaned once at the end of the day. The floors have food and I would assume pop all over the place. The counter at the register isn't even kept clean. The pop station is filthy with used napkins, paper from straws and bits of food. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands after eating the burrito that looked like a used diaper exploded all over my hands. It appeared someone threw up visually and by smell. The place is absolutely disgusting and needs stricter sanitary guidelines.

Update- since my last review, I've given this location 3 more goes. The food quality and pricing has remained consistent ? in a positive way.

Unfortunately, the service has also remained consistent. Each of the 3 times, the young staff seemed far more interested in their side conversations than the customers, and it truly felt as though I was putting them out simply by being there. Their training didnt seem to include positive customer interactions, or a positive customer experiece. Or they just didnt care.

While the food is great, i think I'll be taking a break from Qdoba. Having little disposable income, Id rather spend it on an establishment that offers the whole experience, treats customers as though they are valued, and at least acts grateful that Ive chosen to support them (with my wallet).

Luckily there are several other options in the area.

Initial Review-
The first time I got carryout from here, I was blown away by the service. The guy was super polite and helpful, assisting me navigate my new food restrictions. I was pumped to have a new place I could order from. Unfortunately, once I got to work to eat, I discovered the guacamole was fermented. Not just old or turning, but actually fermented.

Since then, I've ordered 3 more times. The guacamole is hit or miss, but only fermented once. The service is also inconsistent. Most staff don't seem to particularly enjoy customers, which is annoying as someone that worked in the service industry for 20+ years.

They also don't seem to charge consistently. I get the salsa on the side to prevent the bowl from getting so soggy. This wasn't an issue until yesterday, when I was charged for the salsa. It wasn't the full cup size, but a smaller plastic container, which they charged an additional dollar for. This wouldn't be problematic in and of itself. Again, though, it's happened one of 4 times.

Overall, the customer service is poor, the food (minus guacamole) is good, and the consistency of service, pricing, and quality need improvement.

I got a Chaloula Chicken Chicken bowl about 24 hours ago, and I just have to say....it was without a doubt the absolute best bowl I have ever had from Qdoba. Like i said, it's been 24 hours and I cannnot stop thinking about this specific bowl. The young lady that made my bowl gave me the perfect portions of every topping, and was HAPPY to put my sauces on the side. I felt a truly positive vibe as we were building my bowl together, and could taste the expertise in her bowl-building skills. The young man that checked me out gave me the heartiest portion of chips I've ever seen from a Qdoba or its competitors. I will gladly admit that I CLEARED my bowl, and am proud to be a big back!
