Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was ok. Food was bland and seemed of lesser quality than in the past. Party of 7, everyone had a burger and half the party was disappointed with their meal.

Server was good, friendly and attentive.

Not sure when this location redecorated, but the newer style is not very warm or inviting.

We visited late at night (about an hour before close) after a basketball game with a party of 10 and we all ordered full meals. The staff was friendly and welcoming even though it was late, but it took quite a while to get our food even though hardly anyone was in the restaurant. Our food was not hot when it finally did arrive but the server did bring us a second batch of fries out and they were fresh and hot when they came out of the kitchen. Not a terrible experience but with so many other places to choose from, I likely would not return.

I took my sister for dinner and it was okay at best. Our server only checked on us once, never presented a check which I was a little surprised. I understand the Zioc is the way the establishment likes people to pay but I do appreciate receiving a check to look at. As a sever myself I feel it's important to present a paper check as I only pay in cash for obvious reasons. My check was incorrect which he fixed but if I hadn't paid close attention I would've bought someone else dinner. The food was a little disappointing and not as described on the menu. Definitely will not be going back.

My fiancé and I had the absolute best experience with Reed at the Red Robin in Brighton a couple of weeks ago — and honestly, every single time we’ve been there. He’s been our server each time, and every visit with him has been phenomenal.

From the moment we sit down, Reed greets us with a huge smile and such a warm, upbeat attitude that you can’t help but feel happy to be there. He radiates positivity — it’s like he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. He doesn’t just serve tables; he creates an experience. You feel like you’re visiting a friend who truly wants you to have a great time, not just grabbing a quick meal.

Reed is incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. My fiancé loves root beer, and Reed made sure he always had two glasses at a time so he never ran out. When I asked for extra ranch with my meal, he brought two cups without hesitation. He kept us updated on our food, checked in perfectly (never too much, never too little), and our drinks were always full. He even sent my fiancé home with a to go cup of root beer! Every small detail was taken care of before we even had to ask.

It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their job and makes every guest feel so valued. Even after a long, stressful day, his energy and kindness turn everything around — I always leave smiling. He’s the kind of server that makes you look forward to coming back, not just for the food, but for him.

I told Reed this last time i was there, but he’s truly fantastic. He is the reason I keep coming back. People like him are what make Red Robin so special. I will be specifically be asking for him to be our server now when i come in.

If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. Reed deserves every single one. Red Robin is so lucky to have him!

I ordered a vegetarian impossible burger without mayo and was given a meat burger with mayo which I am allergic to. I am absolutely livid and now dealing with hives all over due to this mistake.

Additionally, my boyfriend ordered a barbecue burger and instead was given a barbecue salad…

Unfortunately I was saving my burger to eat later after picking it up therefore by the time I went to eat my burger they were closed.

Horrible burger, 2nd worst ever. Pink does not mean raw, it was raw tasteless. Brighton Red Robin is not good. Other Red Robins are fine. Even the onion could not help it and give it flavor.

5 star dining experience. We had our daughters 21st birthday and a large party. Ethan provided an experience not normally found at a Red Robin restaurant. We wouldn't be surprised if Ethan's picture was posted at all RR restaurants across the US. He knew the menu backwards and front and definitely loves his job. At one point we honestly believe he levitated to the sound of harps. Great food, the fries kept coming and the drinks did not disappoint. My daughters friends all cannot wait to go back and talk to Ethan.

The food was pretty normal for burger and fries. I do like that they offer Monterey Jack as an option for those of us more adventurous than American but not inclined to a sharp burger.
Apart from the food, however, it was kind of a bummer. We waited over 40 minutes for 4 pretty standard dishes, and when I asked for my bottomless side of fries to be refreshed my we waited another 10+ minutes before our server came over to ask if I hadn't already received them. He was pleasant enough, but it's takes an awful lot of pleasant to make up for a painfully slow kitchen on what looked like a mostly empty dining room.

They must have new management or staff. Service was quick, food was great. They brought back paper menus and overall it was a much better experience.

Horrible food!! Overpriced hamburgers that aren't even good soggy fries tried this place twice sorry but I will not be back
