Servers are prompt, friendly and not overbearing. Food leaves a lot to be desired. I stopped coming for a while because burgers were always overdone with flakes of carbon on them, and poorly dressed. Fried food typically soggy or way overdone.
Tried again today, and ordered the ceaser wrap, lettuce was dry and included the bottom of the lettuce stalk, tomatoes only on one side. I've never had such a poorly made wrap. Fries were very soggy. Officially done spending my money at this location.

Food was great. It was quiet with only a few other quests in the restaurant when we stopped for a late lunch. Staff was friendly but service was slow. No other people waiting to be seated and we had to wait over 10 minutes.

It's acceptable.. not great, but not bad either. It's probably not worth the $ unless you just dont feel like cooking. Update: We came here because my daughter loves her chicken tenders and ice cream. I ordered a coca-cola. No doubt it didn't taste right. The server brought me one from a different location. It was just as bad. Something is definitely off with their syrup.

Great spot! Great service along with good food. Really wish they’d carry Donatos though.
We came in and sat next to a large party (usually wouldn’t have a problem) but in this situation the party was of 25+ people that had a large group of in a nice way to say rude kids. The kids/ teenagers were all running around the room almost running into the manager that was carrying plates of hot food and sharp knives he didn’t even try to make himself know trying to get through the group (very concerning). The kids were also pouring seasoning on table, ketchup into glasses (while adults watched) and also leaning into our table along with other tables. When asked to speak to the manager (John) about the issues he took a while. He said he was too busy trying to seat more tables. Once he finally came over after flagging him down and almost ignoring us and we tried to tell him our concerns he pretty much disregarded what we said saying “parents have to parent” and overall seemed more worried about that group staying than the respectful tables around them. John also tried saying something about corporate being upset with him about addressing the issue or asking an unruly customer to leave. The table next to us even thanked us for speaking up about the group.

Went for my sons birthday tonight, excited to get him a balloon & have them sing happy birthday to him. But when we got there, there were no balloons. We told the hostess it was our sons birthday and she said alright. Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. We got a Sunday for our sons birthday and she said happy birthday when she brought it, however, we were slightly disappointed there was no singing as we've witnessed in the past.
Not to mention my chicken tenders (clucks & fries) were over fried, extra crispy (and not good). And our mozzarella sticks, most of the cheese had melted out of them so most of them was just fried breading. It was a fairly disappointing evening. Thankfully, my son is only 2 so he doesn't know the difference...

Our waitress Christina was outstanding.
But when we pay $16+ for a burger, it better be hot and not taste like it was cooked in a microwave. The last 2 times we jave been here the quality of food was outright terrible. The prices are too high for the food that's served.

Was there for lynch around 1ish..not busy! Girl waited on us seemed like she was tired…she was hard to get attention for service ..food was ok except my husband ordered the double burger and it was like 2 thin patties and not cooked well—they not ask him how he wanted them cooked— not the (“special “) burgers i guess and he said it was worse than McDonalds big mac! Wouldn’t complain to waitress..couldn’t get ahold of her??—he was disappointed because we been to Red Robbins before and all have been excellent! Bought gift cards for kids there. Lots of other burger joints to go to /wont go back to this particular establishment again! .
