Service is okay. Food was not prepared as asked. Asked for my burger to be cooked well done, and it was served to me pink. The guacamole, salsa and chips shouldn’t have been brought back on the menu. The avocado they used was rotten. They served it to us brown and of course, it tasted rancid. Maybe it’s because they were pretty busy, so avoid the rush.

My wife and I sat down at 1:30, and the server came right away. After that, everything else went downhill from there. Service was horrible, and I complained to manager which took it lightly. Burgers were not cooked the way we ordered them. The only thing that was good was the onion rings and fries. Needles to say, my wife and I will not be back.

I know everything is more expensive now but the new Red Robin quest burger is not $17's good. Someone dumped luke warm queso over the top of a luke warm burger. Burgers in general are small and overcooked. Great service. Would prefer a single or double at Wendy's any day.

Hi, I absolutely love the food here. I’ve had a couple good servers in the past but the last couple of times i’ve lacked service. There’s times where you won’t see your server for 20 minutes. I, personally, work as a server and can say that’s horrible. In my most recent experience with Amanda she didn’t care to look at us, forgot about her other table, and ran my friend’s card for a more expensive order. When we confronted her politely she walked away with no words said and we left given I was on a time crunch. All the food was paid for with a tip but that’s money my friend will never see again. If you’re getting food here, save yourself time and order carry-out.

This is a good Red Robin. We took our grandson there on the way taking him home. The food was good. Our waiter was very attentive which is a real plus. The bathroom was sufficiently clean but no hot water?? Red Robin has gluten-free buns which I must have. Another plus.

Have always loved the food and menu selection at Red Robin but this location had the most amazing service! Though it was busy when we entered the hostess was shepherding us to the table before the last member of our party passed the threshold at the entrance. Brienna greeted us at our table immediately with a warm smile and made helpful menu suggestions. She kept our glasses full and the food coming and she was fun and friendly. The manager (John) introduced himself to us (as well as visiting nearby tables) and checked on us twice - we couldn't possibly been better attended! The food was very good (like always at Red Robin) and we had a great time! Looking forward to going back to this location soon!

Delicious food! Fun atmosphere. I had the limited time caramel apple lemonade and it was sooooo good! The Tsunami shrimp was amazing, full of flavor and not too much spice. Our server was attentive and he was really nice. No complaints!

My husband and I both got milkshakes which were oddly warm. We also both got burgers. I got the royal Red Robin which was okay. Not a lot of flavor going on and steamed broccoli which was actually broccolini. Close but not what was advertised. The broccolini was hard and definitely undercooked. My husband got the bacon cheese burger. He said his burger didn’t taste right and his fries were somehow both over cooked and soggy.
