I know they are closing so they probably didn't have many employees working. Our reservation was for 1 and we got seated at 1:15. So we were left standing over 20 minutes for our table. There was no one at the other tables, it wasn't busy. The phones were ringing and no one was answering them or even at the host/hostess table. They didn't offer any explanation for why our table wasn't ready just that "they were working on it." The waiter/server never showed up to offer refills and when stopped and asked to do so still never showed up with them. On the way out we did get plenty boxes and bags. They were out of yum yum sauce. The best part of the food! I know they're closing but this wasn't even a good experience to remember the place by.

My husband and I made reservations for dinner for two on a Monday. We arrived and checked in. The place was full of families with kids, we were happy to have saved a spot. We waited 20 minutes for our table. When we were seated we were instantly disgusted. The floor was covered in food and trash. The table tops had old sauce spilled, chunks of food, and the menus were filthy. We looked around and the entire place was not clean. They had three people cleaning one table and not one person gave a damn about how clean it was, it was low priority. We waited ten minutes at the table for service to come before getting up and walking out. We passed three staff and not one person asked us why we were leaving or if there was an issue. We will never return to this location. We go to the Fenton location where cleanliness is top notch and service is fast and friendly. Stay away from here!

We love coming here as a family. Always good food and always enjoy ourselves. We did have reservations but they are short staffed like everywhere else, and there was a wait. But service was wonderful even though they were working hard. So bring your patience and enjoy.

Tried twice to get take out and they don't do it. They have a dedicated to-go phone number but won't take to-go orders. If that's the case, please just change your website to reflect no carry-out service.

The food was exceptional last night. It's always delicious but last night it was extra amazing. We loved our chef and the waiter was so kind. He even brought a bowl of ice cubes for the kids soup. He was so thoughtful. We will be back soon.

The 4 of us were sat by ourselves, which was great, but chef didn't really interact with us at all. Made food and left within 10 minutes, just not near the experiences we have had in the last. Advised when made reservation it was for my wife birthday and it wasn't even acknowledged. Chef was gone before had time to say anything and quite frankly my wife said don't worry about it because why would we want (or pay) for a picture with a chef that did nothing to enhance our experience.

AMAZING!! Service is fantastic! The cooks were very fun and entertaining. The owner was so sweet and very kind. No matter what you order on the menu it is great. Lots of food lots of fun!!! Highly recommend. Very safe with Covid percussion.

Fantastic experience. The chef was extremely talented, personable, and actually funny. We were truly entertained. Well worth the money. Happy we chose this as a special occasion restaurant. Would definitely return for a weekday meal too.

Had one the most bizarre restaurant experiences here. The waiter was clearly not in the mood to be there. He had an attitude just walking up to the table. We had a party of four and we were seated with another couple. The waiter snapped at my 16 year old daughter and we all just looked at eachother, like what is happening right now. The chef cooking our food asked him to help the people that just walked in. He said he would not. Such a tense afternoon lunch for my kiddos birthday ?‍♀️? There definitely appeared to be a very loud fight in the back of the restaurant, and we did not see the waiter again. The food was good- just a very odd experience.

We always enjoy dining here. Always fun with a group of friends. They are, however, struggling with staffing just like everywhere else. Keeping this in mind and having patience will help you in enjoying your experience. You could see their effort, especially as they only had 1 server for the entire place.

What happened to this place?? Just went for the first time in a few years. We were the first customers there when they opened. We were mortified by how dirty it was. The tables and floors still had dried food on them from the night before. Hibachi table and chairs were very greasy. Bathrooms were dirty. You would think that since COVID they would be more mindful of cleanliness and germs?? Nope. Soooooooo nasty. Food was still good and right off the grill, so we were ok with that. Oh, and you couldn't even tell who worked there. Hostesses were dressed in sloppy sweatshirts, waiter had dried dirty food all over his shirt. Our straws did not come in a wrapper. First thing I did was remove it from my glass. I don't know who's nasty hand touched that straw when they put it in my glass. We were soooooo grossed out. That place needs a hard core deep clean and their staff needs to have a required CLEAN dress code. Won't return. So nasty.

This is my second time dining here. The first time with no reservation, we waited for hours before we ate, we arrived at 7 and weren't eating until after 10pm. The food was outstanding. This time, I made reservations for 7:30. We arrived 10 mins early and were not seated until after 8pm. Our food order was taken shortly afterwards. By 8:30 our table chef was cooking but our appetizers had not been served. By the time our meals were 50% served, our appetizers finally arrived. We left at 9:30 with most of our dinners as "doggie bags" as it was late and we were tired and full. The food is outstanding but the service is VERY slow. Next time, (I will go back), I will try earlier reservations made at least 2 days in advance. Maybe if we are seated early, we will get faster service and not be too tired to eat by the time the food arrives. Did I mention that the food is outstanding? :)
