Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

Kinda disappointed bc this is my usual lunch spot. I always get the veggie nachos bc I don’t eat meat, beans are now $1 up charge to add on my veggie nachos. Idk why a $1 when a can of beans is that much. Seems like gauging a bit and nowhere is this listed as an up charge on the menu. Again disappointing but not surprising in these times.

Store employee kept on telling a doordash driver that if he didn’t speak English they couldn’t help him. This is absolutely America at its rudest. Just because your customer driver doesn’t speak English and when asked politely puts his phone up to show you the name on the order doesn’t mean you should ban or not serve him. This action will result in me never giving my own money to this business.

I ate lunch here yesterday & was charged extra for asking for more cheese. The owner was there & explained to me that she pays more money for cheese than she does for her chicken. I didn’t get rice on my burrito or the second scope of protein so to ask for some more cheese isn’t unreasonable. They used to put more of the toppings on the items but now they’re just cheap with toppings & want to up charge $1 for everything. Prices aren’t cheap as is & there’s no shortage of Mexican restaurants around me so I won’t be coming back.

The salsa is great but this place makes it impossible for anyone with allergies to eat anything. Even the chips have gluten which most of the time corn tortillas don’t have gluten. Seriously the only options is lettuce here if you have any allergies. Get with the times! More than half the US has allergies. I nearly died from the tortilla chips because of this! I give one star for there lack there of…

We love it here, food is yummy and the service is always good. A nice group of kids behind the counter who make it fun to come in. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

So we ordered via GrubHub from here for the first time. We ordered a lot of things including dips and a large bag of chips. Well the GrubHub driver forgot to bring the chips. The restaurant called us and let us know that the GrubHub would not redeliver the chips but they volunteered to drive them to us. It wasn't this restaurant's fault but we were so grateful for them delivering our missing items. Oh yea and the food was awesome. Really great. We will definitely be back.

Connie and her catering team did an excellent job of putting everything together. Everyone loved the food, it was fabulous! Connie did a great job of setting expectations, making recommendations, providing everything in an organized manner, and making sure we had everything we needed and paid for. She doubled and tripled checked our order - who does that these days? We had a great experience! We will definitely use them again when we have a big party!

Employees were serving and touching food without gloves on. It really grossed me out as a former food service worker, I also think that violates health code. Yikes!

Portion sizes have become a joke at this place, which was already over priced. The sign that says “please be o-queso with our portions” is a slap in the face, and a sign of the times. If customers are complaining about your portion sizes, you should probably take note and train your staff accordingly, instead of willfully training them to rip off your patrons.

After years as a customer, won’t be going back.

Got a steak bowl. Had absolutely no flavor, except for the black olives. Everything was very unseasoned and even the hot salsa was flavorless.
