This was a welcome discovery and oasis on a lonely night of business travel far away from home. Drinks and food alike were knowledgeably prepared and clearly required impressive and careful work: their standard far exceeds anything else along this strip. The bartender particularly impressed with an outstanding whiskey sour and a perfect pairing of a sauvignon blanc whose acidity cut through the richness of the scallop dish that I ordered. I could perhaps quibble about a few elements of the food: the soup was a touch too salty and I think the scallops might have worked better as a half-sized tapas order, but these are minor issues with delicious and thoughtfully composed dishes that brought plenty of joy and a very full belly. Recommended!

My husband and I were seated at the bar last night and were ignored for over 30 minutes after our initial drinks. We couldn’t flag down anyone to order food.

Highly recommend going to Bourbons instead. They had a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and outstanding food.

Great service and even better food! Love that everything is so fresh. It was delicious. We ordered the sticky ribs, NY strip, lamb chops and the duck fat potatoes, baby carrots and French fries. It was all a 10/10! I guess my only complaint was that it was kind of warm in the restaurant lol. Will definitely be back though and highly recommend.

My favorite restaurant! Food is always great here, haven’t had a dish I don’t like. Constantly having fun dining events or new/unique menu features that keep this place exciting. Oh and if you’re debating between going here or to the Reserve steakhouse in downtown Brighton definitely go here. Their ribeye is better by a mile (actually my favorite thing to get here).

Waitress was great, staff was nice but ordering a 70 dollar ribeye rare that comes medium to medium well isn’t great for a steakhouse, I’m not one to send food back that’s not my style but at that Price point it should be better, my friend ordered medium rare and his was over cooked as well, surprisingly the third person in are party got a perfectly cooked sirloin

Hubby and I dined here our first time to celebrate our anniversary. Our experience top to bottom was exceptional. I will say their food IS pricey so I would consider this more of a special occasion restaurant for us.

We like to sample multiple items when dining out.
*To start we had their bread, which was deliciously soft and topped with a well seasoned butter.
*Hubby ordered their shrimp cocktail (I'm not a seafood fan) and thoroughly enjoyed it. At first he was hesitant because it's a grilled and chilled shrimp, not a traditional boiled and chilled shrimp, and he wasn't sure how that would affect it's taste but he loved it.
*We then shared the wedge salad. Our server had the kitchen split the salad for us and I'm glad she did; half was plenty for us to split so we took the rest home. The roasted tomatoes on the salad were a nice change from traditional chilled ones, bacon was crispy, fried onions were a nice addition and the bleu cheese dressing was the perfect amount of funk without being overpowering.
*I ordered the filet and it was, no joke, probably the best steak I've had in my life. The meat was tender enough to cut with my fork and it was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned with an incredible coarse pepper rub that really set off the flavors. I added the zip sauce...amazing! My side was brussel sprouts and they were seasoned well and perfectly crisp.
*Hubby had the delmonico ribeye and also thought his steak was spot on. Perfectly cooked and he ordered the chimichurri on the side, which was light and refreshing and just damn good. His side was the mushrooms and the portion was large and delicious. He also added on a wonderful lobster tail, which was about $32.
*We ended our meal by sharing the chocolate cake and coffee. The cake had a bourbon strawberry sauce to top (yum!). We also enjoyed coffee with our cake. To keep the coffee fresh, it's made to order using a French press which means we got 4 cups instead of 2 and that was fine.

All in all, our meal was absolutely wonderful top to bottom. We will definitely return but not indulge as much next time. Our bill was $330 (before tip) which isn't a standard dinner for us; however, this included 3 drinks for each of us which adds up quickly too.

Service and atmosphere are both good. The food however, is just okay - not worth the price. The lobster artichoke dip is so heavily salted- you cannot differentiate the taste between lobster, artichoke or cheese. The steak is just an average steak for $52- not much flavor and the quality is lacking. The duck fat potatoes were nothing special for an additional $14. I also ordered a bourbon for $18 and it appeared to be watered down in both appearance and taste.

We had a reservation for four today right when they opened. We were immediately welcomed by Hassan (could be butchering his name). Although he was not our server, he was such a delight to be seated by and enlightened with so much knowledge of food and drink recommendations. We got a few cocktails (special shout out to the Cinn-full old fashion) and the empanadas to start. Which wow, if you haven’t tried them- you should add it on next time, SO good. Our entrees did not fall flat after a dynamite start. Ty took wonderful care of us and was very attentive and able to space out all of the courses perfectly. Of course we decided to end dinner on a great note with the most incredible dessert I’ve had out in a while- the whiskey ice cream sandwiches. Seriously unreal, an absolute must try. We were recommended to try that with the dark chocolate sauce from the cider donuts which took the sandwich to another dimension! (Don’t blame Ty for being a food genius- just make it an option or have it already come with it because it really and truly slaps)
Clearly- we really enjoyed our time there. We will be back and we will be hyping this place up for a while, thank you for the great experience.
