Quite pricey! Really good drinks but we only had 2 and sat at the bar and our tab was almost $40. Huge list of bourbon to pick from. Parking is kinda tight also.

Can never recommend SBS enough! Tonight I’m finally writing a review after the exceptional service and care my family received tonight! We were celebrating my aunt’s 1 year anniversary from her cancer surgery. We decided to go to SBS instead of our original plan pretty last minute. They were able to accommodate us earlier than our reservation (when we intended to hang out at the bar for a bit) on a Friday night, they provided a celebratory glass of rosé for the 4 of us and even comped 2 of our desserts. All of which they of course did not have to do nor was it ever expected!! Thank you so much, Chelsea and Joe for your hospitality and kindness on such a special celebration for us after such a rough year! Every time my husband and I have come the service is amazing and the food is TO DIE FOR! Perfect every time! Lucky to have this gem as a Brighton local!💗

Food & Service were spectacular. Delia was a fantastic server. I highly recommend this restaurant. Best steak I've had out in a very long time. Best wedge salad, Best roasted carrots, lyonnaise potato & horseradish crema. The calamari & lobster with artichoke dip was outstanding. The desserts & drinks were unique, creative & so delicious we all had to share. Wow. I'm definitely going back.

Perfect for a date! Food was perfect! Artichoke-lobster appetiser was on-point next to the thim bread! The chef knows how to salt-age their steak! Del was an amazing server

My wife and I went here for an end of the year dinner and we were not disappointed. Service was great, food was great and very good atmosphere. The only hiccup was my wife's steak came out slightly undercooked. The waiter had it refired and it was back in no time at all done to temp. We will return.

We had Aaron as our server. He was extremely slow at filling our drinks (water, beer, wine), taking our orders, and checking in on us. We had a 5:30 reservation and weren’t out until 8:30, which was way too long (we ordered apps, entree & dessert). The entrees took the longest amount of time to arrive (Aaron never checked on the food or updated us), and we wished Aaron would have suggested that we order entrees when we ordered apps to avoid the long wait. The food was not prepared the way we had asked: my steak was undercooked compared to what I asked for and a salad came out with pistachio dressing sitting in a small dish on top of the salad when the person who ordered it has a severe nut allergy. For a dinner that was over $400 I expected a lot more from this restaurant and server. I’m honestly not sure if I will go back. I had high hopes and we all were severely let down.

At dinner tonight for our work holiday party, I came down with an excruciating headache (also pregnant) and our AMAZING waiter walked to Walgreens after realizing and hearing that no one at the table had any pregnancy safe pain relievers. He absolutely did not have to do that and went above and beyond. A+ service and food, all thanks to Aaron!
