THE BEST SHAVED ICE SPOT IVE EVER BEEN TO! The staff are always very welcoming, and you immediately feel like family when you walk in! It’s definitely got that southern hospitality feeling. They’ve get a huge menu with any flavor you can imagine. Served with a smile! 10/10 would recommend! If I could put more than 5 stars I would.

Just what we were looking for! So many flavor options, along with plenty of choices to add on and customize. The girls working were super friendly and helpful! I much preferred the finer texture of the shaved ice here versus other popular shaved ice options locally, the flavors really saturated through. We'll be back, there's too many other flavors to try now. :)

The butter beer is fantastic. The lady working was very helpful and informative on how to put the smaller size in a bigger container for my togo order so that it doesn't melt all over my car.

Well, in all my years, I have never cried after consuming a food or beverage item, of any sort. However, this time, I did just that. The owner began an impressionable introduction, by texting me the flavors for the day. Who takes the time to do that? To think of myself as a connoisseur, food aficionado, or any other apropos and savvy term for cuisines and drinks would render unjust for my words or experience towards this gem of a store.The soft texture of the ice, the flavors meshed together, and the ice cream surprise blended, majestically, towards the bottom, is like Heaven in one’s mouth! Southern Shaved Ice embodies the epitome of that ‘Southern, down home,’ comfort that one would get or envision, from joyous moments. The nostalgic feeling that it brings of being back home, with family, in the comfort of those you love and who love you, are all of the elements this delightful treat renders in a cup! The very best treat in the area ! Lucy was absolutely amazing with customer service from friendliness to making sure each of our orders were exactly what we wanted by explaining every necessary detail we needed help with! She was everything you want as an employee coming from a general managers standpoint- kind, detailed and never made us feel like we were a bother (even though my three children ((and myself lol are indecisive )! Even though she wasted a few spoons on my son who drops them like bad habits, she was never annoyed whatsoever in fact; she was attentive and very nurturing to us as customers. The shaved ice and flavors are super fairly priced and awesome tasting and we loved everything about it! Cant wait to come back!
