we went into this starbucks hopeful to get a free drink of our choice, the lady working explained to us that you had to have your birthday in the app for over 6 months, no where does it say that but okay not big deal. we ordered our drink and told her we would get it from here as long as she makes it good and adds extra plus a lot more caramel, she proceeds to put coffee in a cup not filled all the way to the top and 3 small squiggles of caramel on top. i get the free drink thing but come on u can be a good person and make her drink good at least for her birthday.

I came here once to pick up drinks for my aunt, and realized they put the drinks in wrong type of cup (supposed to be Venti but they put in Tall cups). I gently asked the girls there if they could pour my drink into the Ventis and most of them reacted with "yes we can don't worry" and willing to do so. Except for this brunette girl in ponytail and cap said to them that "She should've just chosen to have every drinks in Venti cups instead of asking us to do it here". Mind you, if I ever ordered them myself I'd not give you a chance to say that!
I've been consistently coming here for my SB drinks since there was this girl who would make my orders right, but this would be the last time I'd step my feet in. I hope the girls working there learn a good life lesson especially in the service industry. We all can hear and get what you said, so don't dare talk behind our backs!

This Starbucks is amazing! The manager Jewel, and the baristas Ella, and Jacob are always so nice!! The rest of the crew I don’t see as often but are always super friendly too. A lot of these negative reviews mention the Kroger next door or don’t seem to be related to this store, they are great here!! Please check what store you’re reviewing before you submit!

Parking: They have specific Starbucks parking areas and plenty of other spots for parking in front of the store as well
