Love when Chelsea and Christian are the baristas at Starbucks! They exude cheerfulness at all times and make sure my latte tastes exactly the way I like it. Grateful for their kindness and extra efforts in helping my experience to be the best ever. Thank you for being absolutely amazing humans!

I don’t know the name of the employee but she was extremely RUDE with a delivery employee. He apologized for not hearing her correctly but she just ignored him without apologizing herself. She needs additional training. She was an older thin blonde haired lady.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest Starbucks ever in the rudest Kroger ever. I should not be surprised that the employee didn't acknowledge I was standing there for over 3 minutes. She was making one drink and one microwaved sandwich. A simple "hello, I'll be right with you" would have made all of the difference in the world.You guys are seriously slacking.

I am very disappointed and mad right now. i placed a mobile order for this starbucks and i get there and they say they dont have the order , i even showed them that i was at the right location and that i actually made a order and Jan the manager still refused to do anything so she made me rebuy my drink and then she proceeds to ring it up wrong and argue with me about the price when the price i paid for the drink its literally on the mobile order i had to spend $20 on a $5 drink

It's a Starbucks. My Americano coffee was not very good at all, and wasn't very enjoyable. While there's a lot of seating here suitable for kicking back or meeting with folks, the chairs and furnishings are a bit tired and worn down.

The worst customer service in the industry!! I ordered inside the store because the drive through line was too long. Ordered my drink and waited 30 minutes before stating how absurd the wait time is...there were 5 people working...one at the drive through not making drinks and two that were actually making drinks while having conversations with others, the other two weren't doing much else. I said out loud this is ridiculous. One of the baristas said... "Don't come back here next time then..it's a Friday and we are really backed up!" I then asked for a refund and left the Starbucks-never to return again!
