Heather, took my order at the front desk. Was very rude and passive aggressive. Kinda upset because it ruined the fun of starbucks for the day:(

I’ve held my tongue long enough. But every single time I come in to this location that manager, Heather, is in there screaming at her poor employees. I’ve seen one girl close to tears while still hustling and doing her job. I’ve seem a nice man getting yelled at for a simple mistake. Another one getting yelled at for dishes of all things. Just this Thursday I came in to her screaming at all of those poor people for just doing their jobs. This woman needs to learn how to manage her emotions before she is allowed to manage an entire store. She cannot be slamming cabinets, yelling at her employees, and being rude to every customer she sees.

I usually order a double shot of espresso and put it in a venti cup so i'm able to get all the coffee and ice that i pay for, and it's always filled to the top so why does my coffee not even filled up halfway, i also ordered extra cold foam and went to the drive way when i got the notification that it was ready, but when i pulled up they said they were still working on my order, if my order was still being worked on how is my cold foam all melted when they handed it to me
If I could give this place zero stars I would, the employees are so kind and such a great experience but the drinks…. Not so much. Every time I go there it seems they get my drinks wrong, last time they forgot the sugar cookie syrup in my latte and this time they just handed me a cup of cold brew with nothing in it, they’re should’ve been milk and cold foam. I know they get busy all the time but is it really that hard to put milk in a cup of coffee?

One star is already a lot for this place. I ordered a strawberry açaí and came back and asked for a water and was denied by the women who wears a black apron what a joke. So rude so ridiculous. It’s a water guys not a LATEEEE. Go to other small Starbucks in the area not this one !!!!

The worst Starbucks! I ordered a bread, a latte and got a regular latte. We ordered a sausage sandwich and it was cold. When I complained to Rob, he was very rude.

i always have bad experience at thiis location but wanted to give it one more try, i tried to order a tiktok drink i saw through the drive thru , nothing too complicated, but when i was ordering with a girl, a man randomly jumped on the speaker and said that the drink wouldnt work because of the acidic differences and you can't mix coconut milk with lemonade and basically made me feel dumb and i have bad anxiety so i was just like okay i wont get cocounut milk with it and then i paid $8 for a drink that wasnt made how it was supposed to be.. like everyone else is ordering it this way hello 3 this is why i always go to the target starbucks

Drink was made wrong, i could barely drink it but i did because it was almost $7, and it took over 15 minutes in the drive through line from when I ordered my drink to when I got it. Usually it isn't this bad, but it was bad today. Please hire more people for this location.
