I’ve gone to this starbucks so may times and have never really had a bad experience! I mean i was a barista for 3 years myself so I get it! and i’ve worked in customer service for almost 5 years. So I get it your busy or having a bad day!
But today I had asked to use my stars for my drink as I saved up around 400 and felt like treating myself. I get up to the window and let the person know id like to use my stars. I thought they used them and they gave me the remaining total and so I gave them the gift card with around $7 left on it which should’ve covered it. They rudely say “No. You used the gift card which had like .52 on it. You need to pay a different way.” I didn’t wanna argue about it ad they had a line but ouch? you didn’t do what I had asked and then you’re gonna be rude about it? Idk i get having a crap day but that doesn’t excuse you taking it out on others 🤷♀️

Very rude and desrectful. I had placed a purser more than 5 minutes prior. Upon rolling up they “lectured” be saying I need to order with more time before I show up. Which I had but apparently had t come through in their end. With that, there wasn’t even a line. So what would the difference make? Very frustrated on that service. The baristas name was Alannia tried to explain to me the process which still made no sense. I don’t normally write reviews but this was stuck a cord.

The drive thru was closed twice this weekend. Sunday 12:30. We stopped in. Staff member kept scratching her face and brushing her hair back from face. Hygeine issues, yuck. We walked out of there.

I want to preface this by saying I never ever leave negative reviews and I have worked as a barista myself for the past 3 years.
I had placed a mobile order about 5 minutes before going through the drive thru. When we got to the window and told them the name of the order, the person on the register immediately changed their tone and made a comment about how it was placed too recently and it’s not made but it will be ready at the window coming up. The way it was said was the weirdest part because it was so rude compared to how she said hello to us. (Mind you, there were 4 cars in front of me in line so they had plenty of time to make the drink?) I have been a barista for 3 years now and never have a problem when someone arrives “early” for a mobile order.
I have ordered this drink close to 30 times and every time it has been delicious but this time it tastes like nothing. I got a matcha with strawberry puree and white mocha and yet somehow it tastes like plain milk? After the comment made at the drive through speaker about me being there “too early” it feels purposeful and rude. I paid close to $9 for this drink and they didn’t add the white mocha and barely added any strawberry because I came to the drive through at a time they perceived to be too soon? It’s just so rude and a joke when their job is to take orders and I had waited 5 minutes before going through the line. I was gonna let the rude tone through the drive thru go because I understand that they may be having a hard day or be frustrated in general but purposefully making my drink bad is just rude. I will not ever be returning to this location any time soon. I am 21 years old and never want to be perceived as a Karen but this experience was genuinely rough to not say anything about.

Benny and Alana were the best! My order got messed up online and they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right! 12/10 would recommend.

Been going to this starbucks for a couple of years, and they do a great job. Order is always right, and line moves relatively quick. I will say the line can get wayyy long, and the parking lot doesn't support it very well. However, that doesn't take away from the great service at this location.

Lobby has been closed, drive thru line is always extremely long. With the lobby closed it is taking a long to pick door dash orders which effects my dashing rating.

Ordered myself and my friend coffee yesterday and they tasted terrible…. Sad for the price. I asked for his sweet cream on the side and for $1.25 the gave me a teaspoon amount… 😏
My favorite Starbucks location they make my drink right every single time and they are so sweet I love them 🥰

Jesus & Peter were wonderful, traveling for the holiday & ordered four Venti drinks a little closer to closing time than I’d like, but they were very sweet & the drinks came out quickly.
