It should be 2 stars cause the wait times can be rough but it’s 4 cause the baristas are always stellar and are clearly busting themselves. Pretty typical understaffing problem

I am used to the usual waiting in line at any Starbucks drive thru, but the wait is usually worth it....except for here. This is twice now I've had less than< the quality of drink that I usually expect at a Starbucks.Kinda watered down tasting..I wish this store the best of luck but maybe, just to learn... Drive up to the Fenton/Owen Rd. store and see how's it's done!

Service was wonderful fun and lively conversation. All drinks were made excellent and all recommendations were on point and delicious. Don't come to Starbucks a lot but this was a great experienceParking: Parking was a bit of walk to entrance but wasn't bad.Kid-friendliness: My 15 and 9 year old jad no issues here were there silly selves and didn't bother anyone severing or people at the location.

First off let me start by saying, I’m not mad! I’m just disappointed! The quality and level of service these days is just outrageous. I came in to this Starbucks location the other day to treat myself with a delicious beverage. The attitude of these employees was horrible. Then on top of it I got my beverage and there was more ice in my drink than actual coffee. The titanic sunk with less ice than what was in my drink. Four sips and it was gone. 7$ I’ll never get back. Needless to say I will not be back.

Like others I came inside because the drive thru was around the building but clearly I made a mistake. It’s really easy to get an idea of how this place operates when you go inside, there’s no sense of urgency and the people waiting in the lobby are at the bottom of the priority list. 5 employees meandering around and multiple people waiting 10+ minutes for coffee. What a joke
