Don’t make pick up orders from here unless you don’t want everything you paid for, everytime I make a pick up order something’s always missing and it’s truly unfortunate that no one cares enough to be diligent and make sure everything’s correct. I understand bad days because I’ve been working in the food industry for 7 years but you’re gonna mess up everytime..? Shows the lack of ambition to strive for excellence.

I’ve been going here for about 8 years and never complained. I made an online order that was wrong and called back the next day to talk to the manager Stephanie who was rude and was told it was “unreasonable” to do anything about it. Lost a longtime customer.

Came in around lunch to pick up an order that I had placed a lady at the counter was friendly. The owner had an attitude got home to eat my sub and there were little black flies flying out of my subway sandwich. Store is super small and it was super filthy when I was in there

Walked in the and as they lady was walking towards the bread area I let her know what I was trying to get so she knew and didn't have to ask! But instead she had Hella attitude and said well let me get my gloves on, like that wasn't meant to be said like a dick! Being a manager of this same store years ago this is NOT how you talk to a customer! And then to have an attitude like you didn't wanna be there anyways, but give me a attitude like I did something wild other then just tell her I wanted footlocker turkey on white! She's the only one in the store on this father's day so it should be easy to figure out

I ordered a “favorite” sub on the app. I picked it up and when I got home with it, it was TOTALLY wrong.. wrong bread, no pickles or black olives on it but had green peppers and onions instead which I’m highly allergic to. I called the subway and no one answered. It was thrown away. I submitted a complaint to subway and Adam sent me an email that he received my complaint and would have to review the tape to see this sub, even though I supplied a picture of it to him. That was it, no follow-up from him and no refund of my money. Highly recommend NOT going there.

Rochelle, the manager, is one to argue and not listen when a customer is concerned. When presented with a question about payment and my order, I got confrontation and attitude. I was charged but received no order, so I had questions. I was told “it’s happened before”.

I usually go in and place my order and have no problem. Today I ordered 2 12” turkey subs on the app and they were awful. The first 12” turkey sub was only provolone, turkey and lettuce with mayo. There was so much lettuce we had to scrape half of the lettuce off to eat it. The second was turkey, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, spinach, extra pickle, green pepper, banana pepper and mayo. It was literally drenched in mayo. We ended up throwing away half of each sub. I will never order off the app again

Was in the area and stopped at this Subway for lunch. The two girls at the counter were both friendly and handled our order promptly with courtesy. I ordered the Classic Italian, and my mom ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese. They both turned out great and were delicious.Good, quick service. Nothing insanely outstanding - it is a Subway after all, but also nothing terrible. 5*
