Was in the area and stopped at this Subway for lunch. The two girls at the counter were both friendly and handled our order promptly with courtesy. I ordered the Classic Italian, and my mom ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese. They both turned out great and were delicious.Good, quick service. Nothing insanely outstanding - it is a Subway after all, but also nothing terrible. 5*

I visited here because I had heard the menu selections had been redone, & that they were delicious! I decided to try it out for MYSELF! MY WIFE called ME while I was there, & asked ME 2 get Her a sub, also. I did, & WE Both enjoyed them!Vegetarian options: There are wide varieties of vegetarian options here. You are allowed to be quite creative with these options!Kid-friendliness: Kids (which are sometimes young ?), were being served, & they appeared to be happy with the selections that were available.Parking: There is convenient parking, although from 1 direction (driving eastbound on Grand River, it can be tricky to get into & out of the parking lot if there are a number of vehicles in the westbound lane)!Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of accessibility for wheelchairs, although there did not appear to be exclusive wheelchair parking spaces directly in front of the businesses (I will try to remember to follow up on this).Dietary restrictions: There are a number of choices available, which should accommodate someone with dietary restrictions, also.

Placed and order for pickup on October 5 around 2:00. I got a different cookie than I ordered, but the person wrote on the bag, "Sorry, we are out of chocolate chip." I appreciated the explanation and the time it took. : )
Every time I have gone lately the one woman there is SO RUDE and just impolite. I went against few days ago and she was very nasty. I refuse to go and take my family anymore, and we eat Subway all the time. I like to support local businesses, but the owner needs to get rid of her. I think she might even be the manager.

Placed an order threw door dash got food I was alergic to as a substitute and when they werpped my sub they crushed it likey they were rapping a wrap in two 6 inch parts instead of a foot long :(
