Taco Bell trap. Went through the drive thru only to be told they weren’t taking orders due to staffing shortages. Couldn’t back up or go forward. Had to get out of the car to tell others to leave because they couldn’t put up a sign at the drive thru to tell customers they were only taking door dash. I legitimately feel bad for employees in this situation. Management needs to figure it out.

Stopped in to grab some tacos before a movie. This man Dennis made taco bell like they USED to make Taco Bell! Tacos were stuffed with ingredients, bell grande was actually topped with enough ingredients to eat all the chips. Just a perfect taco experience🤘🤣😂

Foods a little pricy but the staff is great. Always had a positive and friendly experience with the night crew. Sure the wait is a bit long sometimes but that’s to be expected when the bars close on a Saturday night. Patience brings you a long way in life folks

Long wait in line then I tell them I'm there for online order they ignore me I wait 15 minutes until I just pull ahead then they tell me to go to the back of the line I said no way I've been here for ever now so they end up calling the police on me each of them super super rude don't belong in a drive thru very hard to believe this goes on in a town like Brighton
Absolutely terrible… come in no one in sight… wait 10 mins and finally someone comes from the back.. was there to pick up a doordash order they didn’t even start until after that wait. Apparently all 3 employees had better things to do than actually work.
This adds to a few days ago they closed early “due to employee staff issue” pull up to drive thru and they have 5 employees in the store doing nothing… where is the staffing issue exactly? This is just laziness.

The service here is terrible and when I walked in I saw the window person openly hitting their cart. It’s genuinely a gross place, no hygiene. management is a joke, they had added cheese to a cantina chicken burrito when I asked for none and when I went up to the front to ask they accused me of putting the cheese in myself, this isn’t a place meant for people to eat

We have been stuck in the drive thru for just over 35mins and no one can get out- the employees are not communicating with the customers as to what is going on- the same 6 cars can’t move forward or backwards to get out of line- good luck if you decide to go here… weak
