Shouldn't take 20 minutes to go through a drive-thru

Never had an issue unless I order between 5pm-close no matter how many cars are in the drivethrew they do one order at a time today was the worst waited 50mins in the drive threw got someone else's food immediately went back in and waited another 20 minutes for my food which in the end was again not right every add on and removed item wasn't on the order
They also locked there lobby because to many people were ordering and locked out 2 doordash drivers and told them to go threw the drivethrew

They are Laughing at you

Horrible service. Got my order wrong after I waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes! When I called to let them know they got my order wrong some snot nosed kid tells me I can drive back up there and exchange the wrong order for the right one it's 5 miles away from my house! It's 19 degrees outside! No thanks, but I will definitely never give them my business again! This is the 3rd time in my last 4 visits my order has been wrong!

I sat in the drive through line for 43 minutes, unable to leave because of how it's laid out. When I finally got up to the window, they told me they're moving so slow because they've got a ton of doordash orders coming in. I'm sorry, but those people who ordered doordash ARE NOT STUCK IN YOUR PARKING LOT. I suppose I could have jumped the curb and either plowed through the landscaping or smashed through the fence to escape, but I really didn't want to damage my car.

After giving me my food, the cashier unapologetically handed me two "one free taco" coupons and told me to have a nice night. The car that was in line behind me was still sitting back at the speaker waiting to order.

I think I'll be redeeming my free Taco coupos at a different location.

Andrew the manager at the Brighton location was then best!!! First order was missing and he fixed it right away no problem and then the second order was left in the wrong location by door dash and he made me fresh food!! He was polite and very helpful and because of him I will continue to go there 3 times a week! He is always there always makes sure food is correct and the only time it isn’t is because he has to step away. He always puts the customer first and the food was perfect! We also let corporate know and the owner because he is doing a great job running the store and everyone should know. The store is also very clean and food is put together nice. He is never rude so yay Andrew! Great Job you’re amazing!!

Parking: Parking is located on the side of the building. Plenty of room they re did the parking lot and drive thru and it’s a nice new remodel of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and they have a lot of food for kids. Also drinks.

Guy with big earrings has been so rude not one but two times, first time making me and my boyfriend feel stupid about a giftcard and slammed the door in our faces, second time they said “their computer wasn’t working” and was full blown yelling at us because we placed a mobile order. Me and my boyfriend are very quiet and nice and don’t cause problems. this is ridiculous and such terrible service. The guy with the big earrings needs to be fired.

Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I went up here on a work run for the boss because he wanted lunch and we were busy. The first problem was with the robot ordering. I was speaking clearly into the device and when it sent me through it would not let me change the order. I get up to the window and asked CHANDLER C to please fix the order and he would not. I couldn't understand why because he didn't have any problem entering them in. I stated the order was not for myself and his words to me, very rude by the way, "Even more of a reason I don't need to fix it." I couldn't believe the nerve of this guy. Told me to drive back around if I wanted. I HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME. The order was WRONG to begin with and I had to go into the store to order again. By the time I got back the food was cold. CHANDLER is exactly the kind of person you do not want working at your establishment. He was rude and refused to fix a problem that is entirely the stores fault and wasted time. I wouldn't be surprised if more people have had this experience. My highlights are A.) Lose the robot ordering. B.) Fire CHANDLER and trim the fat of bad employees. C.) Allow people to fix orders at the window to prevent people from having poor experiences. I think it would be fair to have our correct the order.

I’m here November 1st 2024 at 8:50pm and I must say this is an extremely well run taco bell. Our order was complicated and big with lots of modifications and everything was done perfectly right. It was also busy and the orders came out super quickly. Looking back at the employees they look super locked in and I really appreciate that because I certainly have had my fair share of bad taco bell experiences. Thank you guys ?
