Food was good and hot, they do not take orders at the counter, no one even acknowledges you until they call your name and slide the food to you and run back to the next order. Terrible customer service. I don't mind using the kiosk but I would like to feel valued especially when there is so many other food choices

Taco bell is always a good choice. Especially the new cantina chicken!Only problem is the last two times they brought me an incomplete order and had to tell them on both occasions that they forgot a drink or a burrito.Not a huge deal but always make sure to check what you have before leaving the window.
I refuse to give my money to a business that accuses me of lying even though they clearly made a mistake. Doesn't have to do with lack of staff... show some respect and customer service skills. AND WATCH THE ATTITUDE AND WHAT YOU SAY WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS IN CLEAR LISTENING DISTANCE. We will take our money elsewhere.

These idiots tell DoorDash drivers to "go in the door" instead of serving from the drive-thru -- then the side door is closed BUT NO "CLOSED" SIGN -- THEN when you go in the OTHER door they say the lobby is closed! The food was good but this remodel sucks. What one was a fun looking place to go to is now dark, dull and boring. What a horrible remodel job. There's nobody to take your order either, everything is done on your own with either a phone app or their own console. I'm never eating at a place like this again.
