Pros: Food was delicious, packed well, done on time. We really like the food at Texas Roadhouse, next time I want to try the fried pickles!Cons: Ordered 2 burgers, one without cheese… both had cheese. Ordered one with fries and one with chili, got 2 chilis. They fixed it once we went back in and told them but very frustrating because they are supposed to check the order while packing it.Pros 2: Called the manager to discuss the issue, she was very nice and indicated she would discuss checking orders before they went out, asked for our contact information to follow up.

**UPDATE:*** I forgot to update this, so the GM (believe that's who it was) called and spoke with my wife and got the story, she said that was absolutely unacceptable and even sent us a voucher. Although the experience wasn't the best it's awesome that they went this extra step!My wife who is a stay at home mom and every so often gets to meet up with her mom friends, was literally asked to leave after they finished eating because they stayed for a few minutes after and talked they weren’t there for a whole hour after or anything. The server took the waters out from under them even which was rude. And the place wasn’t that busy so it isn’t like they were holding up the table and other people were waiting. That’s just not good service, what if they wanted to stay and order desert or something? Nope, I’m not one to usually complain if food is messed up etc. because people are human but to me that is extremely rude the way that was handled by management. So those extra few minutes now equal lost business from more than just one family. On the flip side the Fenton location is great!

My wife and I have been coming to this Texas roadhouse almost weekly since it opened. Literally. It's quite interesting to see how the food and service slowly begin fall off from a fresh retaurant to now and not meet the same standards. This WAS our favorite place. The broccoli is often tasteless these days. A staple to my wife and I, early on. The rolls are often over baked. They routinely forget stuff now also. We do take-out every Sunday night. They just forgot our shrimp and side kick of ribs. And depending on the Sunday workers shift, the steaks miss the mark too. All of these things were non-existent for a decent amount of time when they first opened. Just wish checking the order while packing it was a standard procedure
I don't normally do restaurant reviews but this deserves praise. My toddler and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Brighton yesterday. The service and food were on point. We were taken to our table with fresh hot bread in hand. Was asked for drinks, when drinks came back, we were asked for starters. While waiting for the starter, she came to check if we needed anything and let us know our starter was being prepared. We ordered at that time. I have intolerances to several foods and they didn't mind accommodating to my needs at all. She came back with our appetizer soon after. She was super kind with my toddler even though they were a little unsure about what was happening as it was a new experience. We received our food that was hot and cooked perfectly! A little later, the manager came by to check on us and our meal to ensure everything was going well with our service. The waitress came back and asked for a refill several times. My Toddler had accidentally pushed their coat off the bench a couple of time and the staff was quicker than me to pick it up. At the end, she was very kind making sure we had what we needed to take our food home. Walking out every staff member we encountered thanked us for coming in. Honestly I have never been more impressed with service at a restaurant! The food and the service were great. Delicious! We been here 2x times for a birthday and bigger group. 1st time we were but at back to back booths. 2nd time I specially asked for tables together she said tables don't move but they'd put us side by side. Okay, great but 2 booths side by side and still made us feel like it was 2 groups. 2 servers 2 bills. Not how I wanted our family dinner.
