I've never wrote a Yelp review but this place made me feel inclined to do so. Never eating here again. I went with a group of three, we ordered very simple things. It took at least 20 mins to get my salad and 30 mins for my soup. Not to mention we were the ONLY customers at 9pm on a freaking FRIDAY! My friend waited about 45 mins just for a small plate of wings to come out and wasn't even hungry by the time they came because he was ready to leave. The staff was friendly but didn't keep us updated about our food coming. Usually i could care a less but I'm obviously going to question why it takes so long for soup, i would be more understanding if i was told it was running behind. I'm obviously not the only one who feels this way because i have never in all my life seen a TGIF so empty on a freaking Friday!!

Second horrible meal at this Friday's in 4 months. Should have learned the first time but hoped it was just a bad night. We used to love this place. Purchased 4 full meals, 'to go' this time, plus left tip. Received sauteed shrimp (paid extra $5 for it) that had never seen a pan to be sauteed in and consistency of hard cardboard. Ordered 2 of the same pasta dish. One order was half the size of the other. Expensive lesson to learn.

Food is what you would expect from a Fridays. However wait times can be long just to get a table. And last time I visited this restaurant I happened to witness some servers throwing a large amount of ice onto a cook. They were all laughing and it seemed like a good time however it did make me question how professional the staff was. Which in turn has to make you wonder how they handle your food.

Aside from the waitress who seemed to want us out as soon as possible and had to have her mother help her. The food was great, only complaint about the food was there could have been more sause on the ribs, while delicious they were a little on the dry side.

Had the best waiter ever River! He was awesome at his job and went above and beyond with a fun demeanor about him. He was great with my girlfriends child as well as on top of everything. Spoke to the manager and let her know he is awesome! The burgers we had were cooked perfectly.

Ordered sizzling chicken and cheese curbside to go and it's almost inedible. Seems like microwaved chicken and microwaved shredded cheese. I get that they wouldnt serve it curbside on a skillet, but didn't figure theyd skip the step completely to get microwaved cheese mush... Nowhere near the same dish I remember, used to be my favorite! Super disappointed.

Went here because one of our favorite places next door had a 40 minute wait. Based on the reviews here and no wait, I was a bit skeptical but hungry. Well, we had a great experience. Waitress was super friendly and attentive. I had the chicken avocado sandwich and fries. I rarely get chicken sandwiches because they are so messy. I couldn't put this one down. Bravo on the flavor! My daughter had a plain old burger. I still can't bring myself to accept paying over $10 for a plain burger but I guess the toppings are free. Every other place does the same thing so I'm not dinging them. We got our check fast and out the door. This place is better than the average rating. Give it a shot.

Order online couple different chicken sandwiches for curbside. Got to the restaurant early 15min. before food should be ready. Checked in from email. Had to call the restaurant to get them to bring food out after 20 min. Was told they we’re waiting on the fries? Food was stone cold. Problem sat for 15 minutes. Not a sole in the restaurant. What were they doing?

Our waitress was one of the most friendly and efficient staff memebers that I have ever met. The food is extremely overpriced for how mediocre it is. 2 attempts at getting a $16 dollar burger medium rare failed so I just gave up.

I'm a huge fan of TGI Fridays. I love all their barbecue food and anything that has the Jack Daniels sauce on it. This time I got a pretzel appetizer with the spicy queso sauce and it was genuinely better than a pretzel I just had in Frankenmuth that was supposed to be very authentic. That's right, the TGI Fridays pretzel was better.Our waitress, Mia, said it was her first day and I would never believe that. She was doing a great job and she was very nice and polite to us.
