WOW! Hope is such a wonderful employee and she is such a stunning blond the staff here are amazing but she really takes the cake! My family is blown away with her enthusiasm for the pound. Hope is my hope for the world she makes me realize everything is going to be ok.

Been here many times during lunch, food is alright however service was okayish for a bar grill, tonight however stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for 5 minutes and 7 staff members including the 2 bartenders side eyeing me and my husband walked past us. We were told we could sit anywhere on the roof as we walked out and went to Lu and Carl's down the street

This place is so fun! The loaded fries are delicious! And whoever deejayed on 9/13 was phenomenal! He even played the song I requested!
Came in today to show our son's girlfriend Brighton. Chose Pound due to the " gluten-free" options that really are not gluten-free. The sad part was, every time we asked if it was truly gluten-free, she said, "Oh, I'm sorry it isn't.
The food took forever, and the gluten-free $20 pizza was stone cold and had hardly any ingredients on it. The atmosphere was pleasant, but the wait was way too long, and it was not busy. The waitress never refilled our beverages. It's just not worth the time or the price.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free menu options are NOT GLUTEN-FREE. Beware.
