My husband and I visited The Reserve for the first time tonight. We didn't have reservations but were seated at the bar. We really enjoyed our cocktails, the appetizers were delicious, and Toshana and Marie were very attentive and personable.

Unfortunately, after a relatively enjoyable evening out, we were shocked to find our credit card bill had been overcharged by over $150. After this discovery, we called The Reserve, and they were able to make the correction to which we are thankful, but had we not been vigilant, this would have been an incredible expense. There was no insight nor question from The Reserve, nor any kind of compensation beyond the refund that was rightfully ours after the mistake over-charging our credit card. Personally I find The Reserve to be an enjoyable experience. I enjoy several dishes and I want to be able to encourage friends to come out, enjoy downtown Brighton and come into various restaurants such as The Reserve, but unfortunately I don’t would not recommend it out of caution.

This place is AWESOME! It is on the expensive side, but compared to others, worth it. Service is excellent, and the food is noteworthy and something to cheer about.
The Romanoff potatoes were dry almost uneditable. The Brussels sprouts were burnt. The bread servo e was not bread service. Highly disappointed 🙁

Don't go here hungry...it took 30 mins to get our salad and we were the ONLY 2 people in the restaurant! Then another 25 mins for our food.. I get it's an upscale place but no bread while you wait or an entrée with a side. It's just ridiculous. Whole lot of sitting and waiting and not a whole lot of eating.

Place is super slow! You spend literally an arm and a leg for food i could cook better at home... DO NOT WASTE YPUR TIME OR YPUR HARD EARNED MONEY..
Meat is precut and packaged before it even gets to the restaurant, coming from GFS. They cook in oil, no butter. Not sure why they thing they need to lie about stuff when people can see it. They weren't prepared when they opened and only have the ratings because they tell their employees and friends to leave 5 stars but no comments

To be fair this post is based off having a few drinks at happy hour. The 50% off drink special wasnt bad but the waitress taking my half full glass before I finished and leaving me nothing to drink the rest of the drink remaining in the shaker was off-putting. The wait staff seemed pressed to have us leave and the place wasn't full. The interior and decor are just ok. I find Brighton bar and grill a better spot.

Waitstaff excellent though I don't think they have to go into so much detail about what's on the menu only for us to say we just want a steak. As for the steak,They are to big.need to offer smaller ounces for the woman and when recommended that we have steak cooked no more than medium,The Ribeye for both of us was tough and not a lot of floor.It is supposed to be an upscale service for people with money but to stay in business your prices need to come down on all items that you serve.But you have the right ideas and everyone was very friendly and made the experience very nice for our occasion.we had a gift card, so that helped out with the cost.we won't be going again as we can't afford your pricing.
