Not just consistently great food but also consistently great service. The chefs prepare the specials with tremendous heart and the front of house staff appreciates the work being done in the kitchen. Mark’s table side service and Steven’s wine knowledge completely round out an exceptional experience. Make it a point to put this restaurant in your regular rotation.

We just moved here, and Marc makes us feel so welcome, suggests the best dishes, and my wine glass is never empty. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We’ve been back once a week since!

We just had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years right here in Brighton at The Reserve.

Marc, Steven, and Zach absolutely crushed it. The service was over the top, attentive without hovering, thoughtful, warm, and genuinely proud of what they’re serving. You can feel it.

The sea bass with jalapeño special was out of this world. Perfectly cooked, balanced heat, layered flavor. The kind of dish you talk about the next day.

I’m incredibly proud to live in Brighton, and nights like this remind you how special a “small town” can be when people care this much about what they do.

We’ll be back.

Had the ahi tuna tower which was fabulous! Marie was great at the bar. She gave perfect recommendations which lead us to the broccolini and beef tallow candle bread. Did not disappoint. Sat at the bar. Very comfortable and chill vibe. Would definitely go back again!

If they reduced the insane prices, people wouldn’t have such high expectations. But when the cheapest steak is 59 and comes out overcooked yet cold, its especially disappointing. That said, the atmosphere and ambiance was beautiful and the staff was great. However, they need to either improve the quality of the food or decrease the prices.

Disappointing. I ate at the Reserve several months ago and had one of the best Filet Mignon steaks of my life. I really wanted others in my family to experience this and four of us went there to celebrate my birthday. We were told they were out of baked potatoes and French fries, so that was a disappointment. We each got a petit filet, none of which were near as good as the one I had before. Mine was undercooked and fairly cold when it was served. One of us had a diet coke and even it didn't taste right. So one glass of wine, two pops, two sides, a slice of cheesecake and four mediocre steaks for $375 including tip. The restaurant was practically empty so they were not running behind, and for the price they charge for potatoes you would think they could afford to send someone out to buy a bag or two. I don't mind paying a high price for exceptional food but with this level of inconsistency I won't go back.

The service was so slow. The place was maybe 50% capacity and it was practically pulling teeth to get refills, order a cocktail, order food. “I'll give you a few minutes to look over the menu” turned into 15 every time.

I have a feeling this restaurant is a dining scam. It has a perceived quality and elegance that the kitchen and bar can't produce. I ate brunch with friends yesterday, and we were not allowed to order from the brunch menu. Our very limited menu had multiple items unavailable. I ordered an espresso martini that was a sugar bomb made with cold drip coffee. A $16 espresso martini needs to be made with a freshly pulled shot of espresso and top-shelf alcohol. This tasted like it was a premade mix or was made with cheap booze and leftover cold coffee. My simple french toast was burned black around the edges and was so dry I could hardly finish it. My friend is a vegetarian and was stuck ordering french fries because the limited menu didn't offer anything she could eat due to this and an allergy. The idea that this restaurant can pull off a $250 steak seems comical. After my brunch experience, I'm not sure they can pull off a $5 grilled cheese. I walked out paying $100 for burnt food and terrible drinks, and that feels like a scam.

Exceptional experience for Valentine's Day. From the welcoming rose for the lady to the manager's personal greeting, this beautifully decorated property provides an intimate setting for all special occasions. From the special Valentine day menu to the exotic Japanese wagiuy steak presented table side with its own certificate of authenticity, the choice are fabulous and always satisfying. An absolute must for special occasion

We had a wonderful dining experience at The Reserve in Brighton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special night out. We started with the truffle fries, which were perfectly crisp and generously seasoned with just the right balance of truffle and salt—an excellent way to begin the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the filet mignon, cooked exactly to my preference and incredibly tender, while my wife enjoyed the lobster pasta with red sauce. The lobster was fresh and flavorful, and the sauce complemented it beautifully without overpowering the dish. We paired our meal with the Berries with Bubbles signature cocktails, which were refreshing, well-balanced, and a fun touch that made the evening feel even more celebratory. Dessert was a true highlight: a beautiful pudding cake topped with berry sauce and wine, finished tableside with a kitchen torch. The presentation was impressive, and the warm, caramelized finish added a rich depth of flavor that made for a memorable ending to the meal. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, The Reserve delivered an exceptional dining experience, and we look forward to returning.

We went for brunch on Valentines Day. Food, drinks and service were all excellent. Their Banana Fosters French Toast was the best I have ever had. We also tried their Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bites which were amazing! We will return for dinner next time.

We went for brunch. Crabcakes Benedict and banana foster French toast were both delicious. Friendly atmosphere by the weight, staff and manager. We will definitely be going back for a steak dinner soon.

Vibe was great, food was okay, service was pretty slow. The bar has an alternative menu, would go back and try the steak frites at the bar...
