Please stop underselling drinks like this. For the cost should be full. If the drink was $3 dollars I would be less irritated but it’s a $6 something drink.

Just waited 24 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 coffees. GET YO crew together. Ran out of muffins, had browns, bagels, donuts. What the heck
Our family visit to Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. My parents wanted to treat their grandkids to some delicious drinks, and we ordered 10+ beverages. Unfortunately, one drink was missing from our order, even though we had paid for it.
When we politely pointed out the mistake to the woman at the counter, she was adamant that she was right and refused to address the issue. As a result, one of our grandsons had to pay for his own drink, which was not only frustrating but also embarrassing for my parents.
Customer satisfaction is crucial for any business, and in this instance, the staff seemed indifferent to our situation. It's disheartening to see a family outing end on such a sour note due to a simple, fixable mistake.
While the quality of the drinks was satisfactory, the lack of regard for the customer will make us think twice before returning to this location. We hope that the management takes our feedback into consideration and trains their staff to provide better customer service.

paid for 6 hot chocolates for my grandkids and i only got 5. When i raised the question about where the last drink was the lady (who must have been the manager) caught an attitude saying you paid for 5 we made 5. I am not the One nor the Two so idk what she was thinking. My grandson was forced to pay for another drink and he had to dip into his college fund to do so.

We go to this location regularly. usually pretty quick and always fresh. Staff has always been friendly either inside or at the drive thru. Overall, very consistent.

I'm giving you five stars and only because of the service I received from the girl with the tattoos on her face. I didn't catch her name because she was taking care of everything. She was friendly and calm. You're lucky to have her.

They never made my order correctly. When I raised my issue to them, the girl taking my order was very annoying. Ordered caramel latte with whipped cream, got no whipped cream on either cups. Disappointing

Can make a cold brew coffee correctly, gave me two iced coffees and when I said this is not correct girl said that's a cold brew. Only Tim Hortons I ever have the worst service at. Always out of whatever breakfast food I want. Maybe it's just the weekends because that's the only time I'm in town. But this has to change

Out of every kind of donut by mid morning and unwilling by to make/order more. Can’t cream cheese a bagel. Ordered a coffee with two creams two sugars and received a black coffee. Never have these issues at near by Tim Hortons.

The new girl in the morning is TERRIBLE. She is one of those "Quiet Quitters" No matter what your question, count on a no. The guy that works in the morning is decent, but the experience is ruined by his coworker. Waited for over twenty minutes for hash browns.
