I went by the drive thru and the girl with purple hair just gave me an attitude and gave me my donuts. First of all the donuts were upside down and all ugly plus the chocolate glazed ones were not glazed at alll!!!!!!! I had to come back inside to get other ones. Over all it’s a nice place but man the donuts and that one girl was so rude. If u don’t like the place that u work at just go somewhere else.

Our family visit to Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. My parents wanted to treat their grandkids to some delicious drinks, and we ordered 10+ beverages. Unfortunately, one drink was missing from our order, even though we had paid for it.

When we politely pointed out the mistake to the woman at the counter, she was adamant that she was right and refused to address the issue. As a result, one of our grandsons had to pay for his own drink, which was not only frustrating but also embarrassing for my parents.

Customer satisfaction is crucial for any business, and in this instance, the staff seemed indifferent to our situation. It's disheartening to see a family outing end on such a sour note due to a simple, fixable mistake.

While the quality of the drinks was satisfactory, the lack of regard for the customer will make us think twice before returning to this location. We hope that the management takes our feedback into consideration and trains their staff to provide better customer service.

paid for 6 hot chocolates for my grandkids and i only got 5. When i raised the question about where the last drink was the lady (who must have been the manager) caught an attitude saying you paid for 5 we made 5. I am not the One nor the Two so idk what she was thinking. My grandson was forced to pay for another drink and he had to dip into his college fund to do so.

We go to this location regularly. usually pretty quick and always fresh. Staff has always been friendly either inside or at the drive thru. Overall, very consistent.
