I'm pretty sure they are permanently closed guys, chill. I don't get why there are so many negative comments. This is a great store and location. They have the best cookie and cream ice cream. And tons of other yummy popcorn that we purchased multiple times.This is one of our favorite spots to stop by in brighton. Workers there are always very friendly and kind.Don't go back if you're so upset. there's no need to trash talk a small business, being a real winner leaving angry comments. They were struggling financially, just like any other small business now days. Have some grace. And you guys make a really nice look for michiganders. Truly opened my eyes.Most negative comments here haven't even been to the actual brighton store. If you're going to bark this hard, make sure you're at the right place.

I placed an order on 4/05/2024. I received an email confirmation of the order and my card was charged. I still have not received my order, however, another family member received their order within 5 days. I have sent mulitple emails with no response. I have attempted to call them, but their phone goes straight to voicemail. The voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. This company evidentally does not care about their customers.

They were extreamly salty. They were extremely dry they broke while i picked it up and it got all over my car like SAND. This is unacceptable for around 16$ for 4 brownies. DO NOT RECOMMEND. But they were cute Ngl.

Actually bought a brownie at Horrocks in Lansing made by this bakery. It is extremely salty and unfortunately, smells like bad eggs were used. This may have been a fluke, but I probably wouldn't buy one again. I don't usually post negative reviews, but if I were the proprietor, I would want the feedback. The packaging and brownie looked beautiful.

Counter person was very friendly but NOT knowledgeable. I specifically asked if there were nuts in the coconut clusters. I was told there was not. LUCKILY, I am not allergic to walnuts because I was given a walnut cluster!!! You're living dangerously by not educating your staff. Someone with a nut allergy could die eating something from your store!

I made a large order online. Have not received any confirmation about my order. The only way I have found to contact the business is with their phone number and I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I have not received the product. I will never do business with this company again. Horrible way to do business. No way to contact them with issues.
Ordered items online from them in September and still have not received - and yes its been a cluster. Nobody picks up phone/returns messages. I've tried emailing numerous times and got 1 response saying shipment would go out that day. That was 2+ weeks ago. I'd avoid this business they are not trustworthy and have poor business habits.

I tried the "Fresh Fudge Walnut". It felt too light in my hand and started to melt upon touch which seemed odd. It tastes completely fake which made sense when I looked on the backside for the ingredients listed. This was horrible, it taste nothing like real Fudge.

Bought there cookie d'oh things. Absolutely disgusting. almost completely raw, I mean I was easting whole sugar grains that weren't cooked. They also had a odd weird most almost wet feel to them. Like they were so undercooked when they were put in the plastic container that they leached out moisture and became wet....I don't know how good it is fresh from the shop, but avoid buying these at all cost from your local grocers.

I have always been a fun if your chicks mix. Pretty bummed the m&Ms are so few. Maybe 5 in a while container. I thought it was a fluke but the last few times have all been the same. Bring back the m&m quantity and I will start buying it again!
