The morning staff has always been excellent at this location. They are courteous and hard working. The Howell location could learn something from them.

Staff is always fast and friendly. Food and smoothies are always good and what I ordered.

Nice young folks make ya yummy smoothies. How much better can ya get?

I worked at many tropical smoothies over like 5 years and this one was extremely clean and presentable. It was everything I love to see in a store. The girl at the counter was sweet and listened to me yap for like 5 minutes. Made a really nice smoothie too. Keep it up. It brought me back to better days working at a nice clean cafe. You can tell the management cares here. Keep it up.

I recently started coming here (daily) for a smoothie, which I like a lot, but I absolutely cannot tolerate the way this particular location smells.

It reeks of burnt seed oils and plastic (I assume from their ovens- there’s probably no ventilation due to the quick service model).

The smell is repulsive and I’ve now tried other locations to see if this is a “Tropical Smoothie Thing” and the other locations do not smell like this.

PLEASE do something about it. It’s unappetizing.

Very congested area with lots of traffic. Only 1 entrance. Small parking lot. Not ideal for bigger vehicles.

Ordered online, to go. 1st time eating at Tropical Smoothie and I was impressed! Had a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread + Island Punch smoothie combo, $15. Flatbread was soft and ingredients tasted fresh. Order was ready before promised time. A+ experience.
