Night crew was wonderful, been there during the day too. I've only had 1 problem there during the day but it was quickly resolved. Food was burning hot, fresh out of the fryer/ grill at 12 am. Best Wendy's in Brighton compared to the one on lee Rd.

I came through the drive thru today June 17th 2025 and order a chicken sandwich the chicken itself tasted like it was sitting for a bit even tho I asked for it to be off the fryer !!! And the person at the drive thru window told me it won’t be anything crazy we have been busy all day it’ll be fresh. I believed her but that’s okay on top of that I got my bun burned. I tried to call the store and let them know about this but no one answered that’s why I’m posting it on here.
Nuggets were very very old couldn’t even eat them but chicken sandwich was fresh and frosty was really good

Came through the drive thru and ordered at 9:55pm simple Biggie Bag, and Baconator fries, I’ve waited well over 10 minutes ((I was the only car in the drive thru)) my burger was burnt on the outside and pinkish on the inside, it stinks so bad. My fries were extremely cold and old, not room temperature but freezing cold. I had one piece of bacon which I assume they wanted me to crumble it up and the cheese was cold and unmelted. Here it is 11:30pm and I am sick as ever throwing up the little of what I ate before tossing the whole meal. I would never go back to this Wendy’s .
