The Google page says they are open till midnight, I've gone through a few times before 11 and they havesaid they are closed. If there's supposedly open until a different time instead of midnight, maybe they should change it on their Google page so people know.

Well it be nice when you take a order to not run off. Getting orders right is a joke and trying to get attention of staff to point out their mistakes they just ignore you once your order completed. These jobs suppose to teach customer service to generations and now it just teaches rudeness.

My kids needed a quick lunch today so we stopped to eat inside the Wendy's in on Grand River. I don't typically write reviews for a fast food experience, but there was a woman working inside the lobby who was so attentive, hard working, and kind that I felt I needed to.She was working so hard cleaning tables, putting orders together, greeting customers, and checking in on people eating to see if everything tasted okay. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work! She truly made a positive impact on our brief dining experience in a way you only typically see in a higher end restaurant.

Went here, I used the mobile app, paid through the app then they wanted me to pay again at the window, guy was rude and argued with me about the payment so I cancelled my order on the app and left, still got charged through the app, unable to contact anyone for a refund, hopefully this will get their attention.Order: 914551126

I went through the drive through for lunch. They were as fast as most Wendy's and the food was hot and fresh. Unlike most Wendy's the cheese was actually melted all the way instead of looking like they put it on the burger literally as they handed the bag to the window counter. One of the better ones for

In over FOUR DECADES of being a loyal Wendy's customer, with visits to locations all over the United States, this location has the most ABYSMALLY S-L-O-W service of ANY location I have ever patronized. And this is not an OCCASIONAL occurrence, this is CONSISTENTLY the type of service you get when placing a MOBILE ORDER. Near as I have been able to determine, Management has implemented a policy whereby drive through orders take precedence, then counter order s, THEN mobile orders. ORDERS should be completed in the order in which they are received. We (once again) waited for nearly 30 MINUTES for our mobile order which was placed when we arrived AT the location, while watching DOZENS of drive through orders being completed, plus multiple counter orders that were placed AFTER we placed our mobile order. Wendy's Corporate needs to take some serious steps to stop this location from TRASHING their reputation!

The food at this Wendy’s is usually made fairly well, but the pop is atrocious!! It is ALWAYS flat and tastes like 5 different drinks because they don’t clear out the freestyle machine. I have literally gagged before because the pop is so bad.The staff has always been nice, no problem with them. It’s just the pop that needs a SERIOUS upgrade. I only go to this restaurant because it’s close, otherwise I go elsewhere.
