I've been to Bills a few times and never had issues other than it being noisy. Last night we went out with friends, one who uses a walker, we even asked for a table closer to an exit but yet got sat at a booth in a far back corner! Make that make sense for me. That's not how ADA compliance works. You can clearly see the walker and how the person uses it, why would you make them walk to a far back corner table when there was plenty of tables open closer to where we were sat at. Second, I ordered the crab stuffed portobello mushroom, such a waste because I should have sent it back but I was already annoyed by the seating that I didn't want to be that person and send my food back. I attached what it looked like when it came to to the table. The frog legs weren't even that great, all you could taste was the oil in the breading, no seasoning or anything. Sorry, but I can make better at home that doesn't cost 25.99. Bills, your food was great at one point and to some people it still might be, but the fact this is a second instance where you've mistreated handicap and had mediocre tasting overpriced food, we won't be back.

First I must say the server we had was really awesome. She was on point the entire time we were there. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and half of it (literally cut down the middle) was solid fat and the mashed potatoes were instant. I will not be going back.
My wife ordered a steak medium rare, came out well done. The second steak they gave her was salted to the point it made her sick. My steak was also over cooked. The manager did comp my wife's steak and part of mine. We have been to Bills before and we always had great food. I guess every place has their bad days. Will make us think twice before we go back.

Place was packed when we arrived but the wait wasn’t long. Loved the decor on walls. Ordered appetizers and those came out quick and were great!! Hubby and I shared a t-bone steak topped with mushrooms and a side of veggies. Dinner was delicious. We will for sure go back again. Place stayed very busy the whole time we were there & the staff did a great job bussing and serving tables. Great place to dine ?
