Apparently the customer is not right when making legit complaints. I was a dive thru customer ordering a Big Mac meal and a Happy Meal. Fries were cold even though the manager said they had just came out and not even half full in the carton. The drinks were forgotten. That was probably half my fault, but the manager also claimed that she yelled out for me, but I did not hear anything of the sort. I called once I got home and she basically put all the blame on me.
