A complete joke of service tonight. 3 of us went in. Yes on a Friday night at 6:40. The place had maybe 25 people in there. So for Big Boy on a Friday night that's not busy at all. We sat down my wife and I order our drinks and order our son's drink. 20 minutes go by. Nothing and we sat there without placing our food order also. I go to the counter and tell them. The waitress completely forgot our drink order and had to come back over and asked what we wanted. We got up and left. Also a family of 6 was walking in and I told them hopefully you don't wanna wait 20 minutes for your drinks. They turned around and walked out. Lost 9 customers tonight. Cause of horrible service.

WE haven't eaten there, but they have a car show every Wed during the summer??
Normally this place is great, but last 2 times I've been here, this place is starting to go down hill. We had a server named Amaya; she was nice but that's about it, she forgot the coffee creamer, brought us stuff that wasn't ours *in the 2 times we actually did see her, once to take our order once for our bill, which we had to track her down after 45min of not seeing her for our said bill* when food came eventually, my whole breakfast was not even cooked right. How do you fk up eggs? And white toast and hash browns? The eggs weren't done, toast was cold *wouldn't even melt the butter* hash browns were white lol get up to the counter and the girl asked how was everything? I said bad, she said did the Waitress come back to help, I said nope I had to find her to ask for the bill. She said o I'll take 10% off your bill. I wasn't looking for anything special, but unless I have the bald server that is outstanding every single time, I won't be back anytime soon.
