Have ordered here many times, have never got such a subpar pizza in my life. Zero flavored crust when I asked for extra, no Parmesan on pizza or the cheesy bread. Can literally count the pepperonis on the pizza of a “Pepperoni Duo” pizza. 2 inch wide crust and almost no toppings. What a joke

Pizza missing toppping and new guy wanted to argue and tell me that my order was correct when it was not even close . Supreme pizza was soggy with very few topping and deep dish cheesy bread missing extra toppings paid for.

Just like 90% of places in Brooklyn. The more time passes, the more complacent these restaurants get. Poor food quality, inconsistent product, laziness.
Like the third or fourth time straight you deal with room temperature pizza, guess the workers can’t even cut the slices and not to mention, pay for a topping and they rip you off. Can’t even season the pizza like requested.
Simple job. Hire better people or quit ripping off your customers. Raise prices? Raise your quality. That’s simple.

My ham and pineapple pizza had no pineapple. Hubby's large pizza had 12 tiny, cupped pepperoni on it. More slices had none than had any. We are regular customers. So disappointing.

This is the only hungry howies I have ever had an issue with. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude and the manager Chad is the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever spoken to. Higher up people emailed me and offered me free food coupons from this location but I don’t even want it because I refuse to support this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
