Do not order from here. It took me TWO HOURS to get a pizza and wings for delivery. Hometown Pizza is much better and faster

Decent pizza on a short amount of time. The floor was sticky. The tables were dirty. The employees were not very helpful. Maybe it was because we came in an hour before closing.

I'm not sure about other Marco's Pizza places, but on July 29th, 2025, my girlfriend was doing Doordash and went in to pick up an order. She was not expecting that it would be done yet, just let them know she had an order. Whoever the woman was working proceeds to complain to her co-workers about Doordash so she could hear it. This individual also had her kids running around the kitchen getting into things, which is completely unprofessional, and also noticed that the kitchen staff were not using any gloves to prepare the food. I personally will not eat here!!!

Will never do business with this Marcos again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never before have I placed an order for delivery and then was told I had to come get it. They didn’t tell us nothing to try and make anything right and the delivery person then tried to fight us when we came to the store to pick up our pizza that they had to remake. I encourage anyone to think twice before getting screwed by this business. Take your money somewhere else.

Just ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. They didn’t tell us at the time we placed the order that DoorDash would be delivering the order and we received a call from Marcos 30 mins after the order was supposed to be delivered asking us to come and pick it up. No discount was offered and when we got there they then said they had to remake the order. The DoorDash delivery person then showed up calling us foul names and asked us to step outside to fight. Marcos still didn’t offer any discount or anything and it is now two hours past our delivery time. I encourage anyone to avoid ordering from this place ever again. No respect and don’t take responsibility for any.

I ordered through door dash. My oder arrived in a timely manner, but my sandwich was inedible. It was burnt to a crisp. I called the shop and was told I could get a credit towards a future order, but they would not send out a replacement. If I wanted dinner I had to go pick it up! If I wanted to go pick something up I wouldn't have used door ash. Who ever wrapped the sandwich knew it was burnt beyond recognition.

I had a customer service issue and the guy I worked with handled it very well. I can't remember the guy's name. Marcos is one of my favorite brands of pizza and I like their Pizza bowls too.
Pizza we ordered (large, 8 slices) was cut into 12 pieces and the toppings because of this were all in the creases of the cuts. Husband mentioned it the next time we ordered and was told that yeah, it cut that way for a different order and they screwd up. Fine, I get it, but we weren't offered any discount on a next order. Would usually not kick up a fuss, but their Brooklyn location hs been getting worse and worse in quality, which is a huge bummer.

As someone who managed fast food for 4 years, I am utterly appalled by the quality of food I was given. One of my pizzas I received only had toppings (including cheese) on half of my pizza??? I know it didn’t slide off because the bland bread triangles you tried to pass off as pizza was crispy, so it was clearly baked in that state. Who trained your expediters to think “ah yes this is definitely a quality pizza, go ahead and send it”. I was also able to PEEL apart said pizza like it was a flakey biscuit? Y’all somehow managed to make a half burnt and half raw pizza. The other pizza I received was underdone as well. My dessert didn’t have cinnamon sugar on half of them. Only thing that came out right was the breadsticks but I was so disgusted with the rest of my order I couldn’t even enjoy it. Pure laziness, I know it’s just a fast food job and y’all are way underpaid but at least take some pride in the work you do. I honestly don’t blame the line workers as much as I do the management. Who allows their team to think preparing food of that low quality is acceptable? Their laziness and lack of effort is a reflection on you.

Went to get pizza after getting off the airport and then driving into town.
Nathan did an amazing job, quick and professional. Between getting the orders done (pizza, subs, and the cinnamon dessert), he also started working on another customer's order who called by phone without missing a beat.
