The older lady working the window is very sweet and patient.

Besides that, terrible experience. Breakfast ends at 1030. I put in an online order for breakfast at 1015 so that I could pick it up. I ordered 3 breakfast meals and 2 coffees. I got there before 1030 and they tell me that breakfast is over with. Even though I put my order in way before it was over. They didn’t even give me my coffees.

I’ve never heard anyone say anything nice about this place, and now I understand.

A downright nightmare. I literally just stood at the counter. I spoke out twice. Ignored twice. Then, finally someone far in the back acknowledged me. And then here comes the introduction to the rudest, most worthless employee McDonalds could have had the pleasure scraping off the bottom of the section 8 barrel. This rude dimwit slammed the food on the counter and walked away while saying "next time say something" while a horde of these useless female employees stand there talking, doing nothing. I said, "excuse me? Or you can acknowledge when a customer approaches the counter like every other business does". She proceeded to mock me, constantly say "huhhhhhhhh" in the stupidest voice she can possibly muster up and her "yes, ma'am" background girls hyped her up in her confrontational approach. This chick with the fake hair, terrible attitude and zero work ethic needs to be fired immediately. This situation is escalating to corporate and to the owner himself, though of course we all know the owner doesn't care. It shows by hhis employing of this worthless person who isn't even worth the federally mandated minimum wage. She proceeded to insult my job and openly acknowledge, alongside her crew, that the DoorDash orders don't mean anything. I told them all exactly what they were: useless. All of them. Fire each and every useless piece of trash that identifies as an employee and just demolish this building. This. Isn't. Over. The second image is a closeup of the aggressive, and most useless employee that has ever entered the united states working world. This is her MID-mocking me after I simply said "you can acknowledge me". The first image contains another woman joining in on the laughing and mockery. The food is decent, you know, what you would expect from McDonald’s. Service is terrible. I genuinely have not gotten the correct order the last six times I’ve ordered from this location… I keep going because my son wants McDonald’s and I genuinely don’t know why anymore.

Today, they rang up my order wrong, nothing showed up on the screen, and when I told them they had it wrong at the second window; They laughed in my face and told me “well, that’s what they rang up, so here you go.”

A week ago, when I asked them to fix the order for me, what I received was obviously a purposely-destroyed sandwich in a box. It genuinely looked like someone punched it before they put the lid down.

I hate McDonald’s. I don’t like the food at all, and considering how unappetizing it is, it’s overpriced. However I continue to hope for the best, because my son wants it.

I’ll drive 10 minutes further in the other direction to Tecumseh from now on, this Brooklyn location is an embarrassment.
