Rude order takers in drive-thru pretty much won't even let you talk so you have to correct them to mind their manners so they don't interrupt you! I'm not sure if the team at the Brooklyn store knows this, but parking cars during a peak period is NOT meeting service times. How about we figure it out?

Missing a 40 piece the pops were flat and carbon water no working number to be fixed this location needs shut down and I don’t normally review but this is the 7th problem in two months

We ordered breakfast combos. Used my App was suppose to get the 20% off for $10 or more. Didn't get that. Plus when I ordered the combos w frappes w them usually a discount for ordering the combo. Charged me regular price. When I ask about it they said it's different at all locations. Hudson only charges me an up charge of 1.79 for my small. Jackson also gives the discount. My hash browns were cold. Def will not be going back I've had to many problems with them.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in my life. The food was cold. The entire store from the bathroom to the dining room room to the kids area is absolutely not clean at all. How they get away with this is beyond me. I haven’t been here for a year and still it’s gross.

Long wait time to be acknowledged, after we were all done eating we noticed employees preparing food without gloves on. Even after digging through trash, taking trash out .. no handwashing and no gloves when he returned. Wish we had seen all that before ordering and eating because we simply would have left.

This location has stolen so much money for me almost every time I come here they miss putting items in my bag, today I paid for 2 milkshakes and was given 1 told the lady at the window and she argued with me and told me I only ordered one drove off an checked my receipt and guess what I paid for 2

Where do I begin. Place is a joke. Guys lay off the salt on the fries. I could go out to Utah and lick the Salt Flats and still get less salt on my tongue than from eating one Fry at this McDonald's. Take pride in your work and do it right the first time. The reviews would get better. Over the years I have noticed the employee presentation has gone downhill. As many times as we have went to this restaurant, unfortunately it's the closest one. We have seen people that are just flat out filthy.
