The ONLY McDonald's in Brooklyn, summer is coming, and people generally want ice cream or shakes in the summer, FIX THE DANG ICE CREAM / SHAKE MACHINE!!!!! They need to hire someone that can fix the ice cream machine, because I can NEVER get a shake. No wonder Burger King and Wendy's gets more business, they're shake machines, ALWAYS work. McDonald's was stolen from it's original owners anyway.

The inside always has sticky floors, the drive thru always has you pull into a reserve space when no cars are behind you to keep their exit times down, and they will get your order right MAYBE 10% of the time.Waited 10 minutes for a burger with no pickles no ketchup, and somehow thats unachievable, i would say go to the taco bell across the street, but they hired half of mcdonalds staff and it shows.

I spent over $50 on 5 meals and a mcchicken they food was cold and burnt. We did eat in and they bagged all the food I asked for a tray to put the food on and they were dirty as hell.. the play land was nasty my kids couldn't play our shoes stuck to the floor will not be back. To bad I couldn't give zero stars

I ordered through the mobile app. Food was picked up through the drive thru. There was practically no meat on the breakfast sandwiches, oil/grease all over the wrappers, the hashbrowns were literally brick hard covered in pounds of grease. Food all together was inedible. I reached out to McDonald’s CC with no luck. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. This location NEEDS a STRONG effective leader who knows what they’re doing and is able to train everyone in each department properly. Food along with the “service” provided is subpar.

We have moved to the area in December have little ones and treat them to McDonald's every now and then. We not once had a even ok set of fries I would complain about half filled but there so bad we have thrown away the fries each time and so no point in that. When we pay 7$ for just some fries as we go there they should always be fresh and good but at this point if corporate sees this please reach out and get this fixed here. I have had a upset stomach from just there fries and it's theft at this point.there is other problems but by far this the worst befor someone gets really sick from here. FYI we live 2 min away and food from a location 35min away will still be fresher when I get home to eat

Ordered a double cheeseburger with out onions and it was loaded with them. Floors were so greasy and dirty in the lobby I'd be shocked if know body has fallen yet. They were rude and when they made my new sandwich it had onions on it still!! The handful of times I've gone there they always mess up the order and the food is cold. It's been like this for years and I really don't understand why the owners haven't done something about it.
