Food is good. Service is the worst. You feel like you are in prison with the windows between hostess and client. They need to trust clients and then maybe I will change my rating.

I have been ordering from here for a long time, it was a great place for Chinese takeout. But over the last couple years I have noticed a really big decline. And tonight I had enough. The rice was starchy. I ordered the cashew chicken and it instantly smelled like fish when I opened the bag and the food tasted like fish even though there is no fish anything in this dish. I have ordered the orange chicken before and I believe the chicken is the same in both dishes and the texture of the chicken is questionable. I hope this place has a come back and maybe I will be back also. But I am done wasting my money on really bad food.

I've been frequenting Spring City for many years. The food used to be very good, freshly cooked. The past few times I ordered the food has been terrible. The chicken lomein looks and tastes like it was made a few days ago, crab rangoons were extremely mushy as though cooked in a large batch hours ago. Nice people but it seems the cook has forgotten how to cook.

Love the sweet & sour pork! Crab Rangoon's good. Chicken wings and general tso's are alright, nothing to write home about. Decent prices. Can't wait to try more things on the menu!

Absolutely trash. This is so incredibly bland. I got sweet and sour chicken combo with an egg roll. There was literally no flavor. I have never had such bad Chinese food. This is my second time in a month. First time I Was like okay nothings perfect every time but this is my second time and it is absolutely trash. Sorry not sorry won’t be back. Would have rather went to McDonald’s.

I went there last night for maybe my third time in 8 years. I decided to order the chicken fried rice again. Even though last time it was so bland. Well, again it was grossly bland. Needless to say my son, who only eats chicken fried rice. About threw up. I’m pretty sure white rice has more flavor. I can go to any other place and get fried rice and it has a distinct flavor.Lastly, the entree I ordered. Was not what I ordered. I ordered a spicy beef in lo mein noodles. I ended up a giant dish of mainly angel hair pasta. Flavor wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t lo mein. As for the protein in it. Hardly any beef. When I say hardly. Almost none. And to my surprise. I found chicken and shrimp in it. Hardly any of those as well.Maybe they just assume people don’t know anything about Chinese food. I don’t know, but I’ll never go back.
