Stopped in to get a coffee and they won't serve from loby??? So basically unless I want to try to get my trailer through drive through i get no coffee? Yet more than enough people to simply take an order and hand out but they won't, just lost a loyal customer

My mom went through the drive through and whoever was working today around 4 pm (was a younger girl with dark short hair) had by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. She was very disrespectful to my mom when all she asked was if they were still serving breakfest sandwiches (because on the screen outside they still had the breakfest menu up, and have made one before for my grandmother) we have been coming here for year every morning, and in the evenings to pick up my grandmother food. Never had service like this before. She gave the worst attitude at the window and didn’t even acknowledge us at all, and didn’t put cold foam on one of the drinks, so my mom asked for it to be put on and again… gave the worst attitude and never said anything at any point. My mom was in the right to tell her she was being rude and her response was “well, who orders a breakfest sandwiches at 4pm”, and continues to talk back to my mom. For someone who has been in the service industry for almost 15 years, I have never seen anything like it.
You can never get a coffee here the espresso machine is always down and then if you ask for a coffee its burnt. Wont be back.

I've given this place so many chances. I live in town and would go daily but they NEVER get my order right. I only ever order 2 things. Won't be back anymore it's too expensive to get my drinks made wrong every time.

Every single time I get a coffee here. It tastes like water with cream. I've tried dark roast, I've asked for less creamer. They're aren't using enough coffee ground when brewing thier coffee It still comes out white and flavorless.
