You can never get a coffee here the espresso machine is always down and then if you ask for a coffee its burnt. Wont be back.

I've given this place so many chances. I live in town and would go daily but they NEVER get my order right. I only ever order 2 things. Won't be back anymore it's too expensive to get my drinks made wrong every time.

Every single time I get a coffee here. It tastes like water with cream. I've tried dark roast, I've asked for less creamer. They're aren't using enough coffee ground when brewing thier coffee It still comes out white and flavorless.

I come here often, almost everyday. My staff at another local store love this location, and the people who work here. Friendly staff, and amazing service always. Literally have not had one poor interaction. Thank you ladies!🫶🏽

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to after this last visit. I ordered the maple waffle breakfast sandwich and the maple cinnamon sugar cold brew. The sandwich was just as good as last year, but I'm not commenting for that. I'm here to tell yall about the fire drink the barista made me today! I didn't get the name bc I went through drive thru, but that barista needs a raise! Best damn drink I've ever had from Tim's, hands down!

The Brooklyn location offers the friendliest, most competent service I've encountered in a long time. I'll go out of my way to get my caffeine fix from them just for that reason. All of the staff have been consistently polite, efficient, and accurate. I never encounter long wait times, no matter the time of day. Never received an incorrect order. Whatever they're paying these guys and gals, they deserve a raise. 😉

Even though the hash browns were all gone ? still awesome much better than any fast food joint I can think of for breakfast and coffee. Also the drive thru attendant was so polite and accommodating. Definitely something missing at other places. ??
