Why can no one answer the phone? Called 6 + times and no one picks up.

Great employees, but terrible corporate management. The employees are trying to run a restaurant with no working pop machine, no working ice, a broken toaster, and no working phone.

Placed online order today. Wrong items provided. Telephone number to franchise does not work; no one answers. They took my money flawlessly but did not fulfill correctly. Now I have no recourse but to drive to the store to complain. Unacceptable. Manager please contact me

First time I've been to a subway where I had to explain to them how to make a dang sub. One off the menu.
Cheaped out on the meatballs and left the first 2 inches on either end with no meatballs on it. When I ordered 2 types of cheese, he put one type on one half, then one half on the other. Then argued when I asked to fix it.
I've rarely had an issue at a subway, but good grief, this one was something to write about.

Every single time I order here, it seems to be an ongoing issue of them forgetting something. It could be something small, like forgetting condiments, or something ridiculous, like forgetting cheese on a sub when I ordered extra cheese. Sometimes the subs are soggy and way too overstuffed, and sometimes they're really thin and under stuffed. This place needs to really get it together and work on communication with their other coworkers, just to ensure that everything is getting made correctly. I, unfortunately, heard this place was mediocre at best from family and friends, and I tried it myself to see if they were being honest. They definitely were, honestly. Please check every food item you get before heading back home. If this place doesn't get it together, it's not gonna last much longer.

online ordering here is them putting on a blindfold and guessing what you wanted on your sub. they either can’t read or think they’re above their job. the convenience of online ordering is gone when the employee can’t do their job correctly. better to go inside and control them like a puppet that way you actually know your sub is being made correctly. needs serious improvements.

I firmly believe they have that metal lid blocking the meats section just so you can't see how bad they're skimping on the meat in your sub. Doesn't matter if yoy order double meat and pay for it , you won't have double meat on your sub

Ordered online and got home and my protein bowl didn’t have avocado in it, I paid extra. My mothers salad didn’t have smashed avacados or her shredded cheese in it.

Picked up subs on our way to an event and the service was okay. They weren't very personable and I didn't see anybody smile or thank us for our order.They allow children to take cups out of the dispenser, decide they didn't want them, and then put them back after they were handled. One even put ice in it and dumped it back out and put it back in the holder. I brought it too the attention of the workers, they didn't even acknowledge my statement.Price is were a bit high, so make sure you use your coupons they send you.The sandwich itself was good. I had a beg for them to put another squirt of dressing on it, which brought a frown to the gal's face.The associates were lacking personality.

Had a great experience at the subway in Brooklyn, MI. I was served by a young man with curly brown hair. id 444 on my receipt. Very nice. Patient and efficient. He went above and beyond to make me happy.
