Every time I try and get hot food from Champs, doesn’t matter if it’s 11 AM, 1 PM, or 3 PM they are always out of almost everything other than chicken. And when I ask when they’ll have more, I’m told not for hours. This has happened several times now. Today I went to get a three-piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, but once again there were no mashed potatoes and gravy. Only a little bit of mac & cheese left, and it looked completely dried out and gross. So I just got two chicken strips instead, which were somewhat cold and dried out as well. Management is horrible and needs to keep up with making sure you have enough food, especially when it’s during lunch hours.

Boneless chicken with bbq sauce was dry as a bone and the potato wedges were soggy with no crisp at all. Disappointed
