My sister and I just got a coldbrew here, and the lady who took our order was so nice. By her voice you could just tell that she really likes her job. She also took the time to make our drinks perfect, even drawing out a little dinosaur on top of it with the caramel and chocolate which was pretty cute. The drinks here taste wonderful, and the place is very pretty

The only Biggby in Downriver I trust to always have amazing service, kind staff and deliciously made coffee!! I also love how many vegetarian/vegan options there are when customizing a drink or bagel <3

If you’re going to ask for a tip before even making my coffee, maybe you could have enough courtesy to at least drop a fake “have a nice day” once I get it. I normally tip $2 per drink, today I tipped $1, because a nearly $8 - 20 oz coffee (after $1 tip) is crazy in general and not exclusive to Biggby obviously, but to pay that AND get crappy service? Never again. Had I said “no thanks” to adding the tip upfront, they probably would have spit in it. Learn some customer service girl.

I recommend going to any other location, at least their smiles and friendly manner don’t depend on your tip.

Owner, I’ve seen your response to others who complained for any reason, including the tip - so let me save you some time. My complaint IS about the service, not the tip. As you said to another reviewer, “it’s customary in the United States” and we don’t have to participate, but when it’s asked up front and they feel entitled to it, how are your customers not supposed to feel pressured to do so?

We love Brownstown Biggby!! Today our family of 11 went there for coffee/breakfast! Despite our huge order, the service was quick and the food and drinks were delicious! Our Barista Maddie S and her Brewmates kept our order organized and got it out to us quickly! We will be back again this week!

We always go to this Biggby location. They have the best drinks and friendly staff. Kylie is always so nice there and helps me find the drinks I love! The best Biggby downriver!
