My sister and I just got a coldbrew here, and the lady who took our order was so nice. By her voice you could just tell that she really likes her job. She also took the time to make our drinks perfect, even drawing out a little dinosaur on top of it with the caramel and chocolate which was pretty cute. The drinks here taste wonderful, and the place is very pretty
The only Biggby in Downriver I trust to always have amazing service, kind staff and deliciously made coffee!! I also love how many vegetarian/vegan options there are when customizing a drink or bagel <3
If you’re going to ask for a tip before even making my coffee, maybe you could have enough courtesy to at least drop a fake “have a nice day” once I get it. I normally tip $2 per drink, today I tipped $1, because a nearly $8 - 20 oz coffee (after $1 tip) is crazy in general and not exclusive to Biggby obviously, but to pay that AND get crappy service? Never again. Had I said “no thanks” to adding the tip upfront, they probably would have spit in it. Learn some customer...
