Burger King

This is supposed to be a 24 seven Burger King however when I come at night later, don’t have anything or they’re only accepting DoorDash or they don’t respond at all… if I come in the morning at 6 AM 7 AM or even 8 AM there does not answer. I live been here for 15 minutes so has a car next to me on the other drive-through and not even a peep. I mean, I can see people in there walking around and it’s 24 seven Burger King I mean it’s fine if you’re not open but at least say something your menus are on your lights are on people are inside. I mean, I’ll go somewhere else. It’s fine. You know I just need food to go on with my day so if you’re not gonna answer or Work either don’t go to work or at least say we’re not open or we’re not we’re shortstaffed or something but to have us just sitting here over 15 minutes is why I’m giving this a one star the one across the street not too far is also just as bad but that’s not 24 seven they never answer when you go in the morning over there. Burger King is horrible.

Apparently today they are only telling the left side drive through to wait and telling the right side to place their orders. I was blocked in, couldn't leave and they refused to take my order, just kept telling me to wait! Tried calling and no one answers their phones.

Absolutely horrible, the only reason I come here is because of the great deal with app otherwise I'd never come here,always...always slow im the only car and it still takes 10-15mins to get my order, if there was another BK near me I'd go there this place is horrible!!!!!

Good Burger King. Food was fresh. They have a soda machine in the dining room. (Unlike McDonalds). Interior looks modern. Only complaint is the floors seem greasy and need cleaned.

I ordered an egg & sausage croissant. No sausage, just egg... But I was charged for the sausage. Greasy and flat as a pancake. Worst Burger King around. Gibraltar Rd has the BEST.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! I would have given zero rating if there was that option! I went to drive thru in the evening and ordered impossible burger with cheese in it. Firstly, they took the money and didn’t give me a receipt. Secondly, they forgot to add cheese in my sandwich even though I asked for it and paid for it. I parked and went inside to tell them about missing cheese in my sandwich. One of the worker took the sandwich from me, take it in the back and returned me the same old sandwich by placing a cold cheese slice in it?? Such a rude and unprofessional behavior. Even the cheese slice was half the size of sandwich. They need to learn how to treat and respect their customers especially when it’s their fault. I will never go back to this place!!

The worst one I’ve ever been to. Gave me regular pop I almost threw up felt sick cause I can’t have sugar. They got my order wrong forgot my tots and zesty sauce: this needs to be addressed we pay for a service and our food if you can’t have employees to do simple tasks then you’re the problem. Telling everyone to stay away from this place

Went to Burger King on a Saturday . The Drive Thru Girl Got Cocky When I Asked For A Chicken Sandwhich . Then When We Get Home The Lettuce Was Yellow and Brown . What Part Is Fresh . Like Ur There To Do A Job But Building Sandwhiched With Old Or Past Due Is A Health Violation.
