dont ask for light ice they get mad and put extra instead like my fault for asking. now theres less than 3 ounces of liquid in a large drink seems a bit ridiculous

Train your staff better, girly who worked at noon on 11/5 refused to make a drink every single Dunkin’ Donuts makes for me because she didn’t know how to ring it in. I literally just wanted a refresher half and half. She told me I can’t get it that way. Yes I can. Figure it out. Bigby got my money instead.

The manager and staff at this location provide good food and excellent service. I highly recommend that you order strawberry jam for this location.

I ordered food here. They took an unusually long time to prepare my order. The sandwich was not tasty and the bread was not toasted in the toaster as I ordered. Also, they did not put half a dozen donuts in my order, and they were the main dish in my order. The napkins were simply broken and thrown into a bag. They looked like they were already used. Just a disgusting place.

Walked out without some of my order and the young man ran our order out to us. Everyone was very nice, especially at 6:30am on the 4th of July.
