Service is cool but I only drink Dunkin Donuts coffee. This coffee tastes nothing like Dunkin. It basically tastes like homemade coffee.

Woman working was welcoming and alert, awake and helpful. Liked that I could walk inside, in addition to the drive-thru which I wanted a shake and wanted to know what flavors were available.Bit pricey for my large shake, but not obscenely so.

Bagels - hard and cold, donuts - expensive, old and cold. The biggest issue is that some employees - that value their life more that their coworkers life ? - have no desire to work and they make everything difficult and unpleasant. Why would someone take his, her job to bankruptcy? Just quit.

The staff is always so nice here. We never know what we want and I have no Idea why every time we go back, we suddenly forget we have ever been there and have no idea what to get! They are always patient with us. The doughnuts here always seem fresher then other Dunkins I have been too. I don't know if they are just really busy but if they are they must be very fast because we rarely have to wait in line. I will say we go at odd times though.

Today’s Dunkin’s visit was disappointing. Slow service, unfriendly staff, and a dismissive response when I raised concern about exposed donuts and flies. Hoping for an improvement.
I visited there Saturday @ 02:00 AM I order 2 croissant young guy with beard who took my order had very rude behavior and tossed food to me on counter seems like he don't like to work there. NOT GOING BACK THERE

Huge shout-out to the owner Ferris and staff for donating 3 dozen donuts and munchkins to our blood drive. I called on short notice the day before and he quickly said no problem at all. I came in at what seemed like a busy time and the staff packaged it all up quickly. I was overwhelmed with the generosity of them helping support the blood drive in such a big way! Thank you Ferris and team. Y'all are amazing! This is what supporting local is all about. Helping each other in big ways and this establishment really went above and beyond. Everyone donating blood had a nice treat for their efforts all to this location and owner. Thank you immensely!

I have been here 20 + years. The last 2 years has been horrible. The service is just the worst they actually hate when a customer come. You get instant attitude. Like today girl at the window was just the best. She was sweet and friendly. So what ruined it was the blonde who thought it was okay to throw our bag of food (with attitude) across the counter. Knocked into something and almost fell on the floor. If you don’t like your job quit ??♀️ this is the 7th time this has happened to me. The time before that same lady was mad I ordered food. You don’t want customers we pay your paycheck. When we are all gone because we are a hassle to serve you will no longer have a job. Hope it’s worth it.
