Subject: Concern Regarding Quality of Cookie Order – June 14,2025
I placed an order on June 14th at approximately 10:25 PM, which included a chocolate chip cookie. According to the order details, the cookie was expected to be fully prepared by 10:52 PM.
When I got home and opened the package, I was extremely disappointed to find that the cookie had been cut in an irregular and careless manner. The presentation was unacceptable — it looked as though someone had played with the cookie rather than prepared it for a paying customer. Unfortunately, the store was closing at that time, so I was unable to address the issue in person.
I took a photo of the cookie to document the condition in which I received it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I do believe that something should be done to correct this, as I paid for the item and did not receive the quality I expected.

I called up and asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas with ez sauce and ez cheese. $40 later, They show up with no pepperoni.

I bought a small and a medium sized pizza $40. Ok must be good right? Little Caesars cardboard taste was a better experience than jets. And don't cost a fortune. Cost is to high for a cheese pizza and quality is not there. Don't waste your money.

The quality has gone down in the last few years. Once you had Jets pizza everything else tastes the same way, acceptable, but can always be much better. And for the price you just feel like they got a better experience than you did. We go to Happys Pizza now and it's so much better and better priced. However, if you ever had Andy's Pizza you'll never want to eat another slice anywhere else.

I've ordered food delivered numerous times from Panera Bread and Applebee's amongst others. JETS is the ONLY place that can get an order right! Once, they left an extra sauce out and they returned with it a short time later. Always friendly and always delicious! These other restaurants could learn a thing or two from them. Excellent service. The manager in charge worked with me to get a pizza party scheduled. His attention To detail was perfect. The pizzas were hot, fresh and ready at the exact time requested. Highly recommend.

This establishment ripped me off. I ordered delivery, it never came- when I tried calling the store, the phone gave an error message. I emailed corporate, I never got refunded my money. This is theft. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
