I never ate Jets until I came to this location.. The staff is Amazing they will accommodate you . Great Customer Service hands down I highly recommend this particular location.

This had to be the worse pizzas ever. I had order 3 pizza all hand toss crust and only one was hand toss the other 2 thin crust order a deli boat and it was all grease and tasted horrible would not go here again

Subject: Concern Regarding Quality of Cookie Order – June 14,2025
I placed an order on June 14th at approximately 10:25 PM, which included a chocolate chip cookie. According to the order details, the cookie was expected to be fully prepared by 10:52 PM.
When I got home and opened the package, I was extremely disappointed to find that the cookie had been cut in an irregular and careless manner. The presentation was unacceptable — it looked as though someone had played with the cookie rather than prepared it for a paying customer. Unfortunately, the store was closing at that time, so I was unable to address the issue in person.
I took a photo of the cookie to document the condition in which I received it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I do believe that something should be done to correct this, as I paid for the item and did not receive the quality I expected.

I bought a small and a medium sized pizza $40. Ok must be good right? Little Caesars cardboard taste was a better experience than jets. And don't cost a fortune. Cost is to high for a cheese pizza and quality is not there. Don't waste your money.
