This place continues to be understaffed. And are they understaffed? With 5 people working? They are NEVER and I mean NEVER prepared for the dinner or lunch rush. Mobile order placed an hour ago and still had to wait 30 min for food. Management has to eventually do something about it, right? Do you guys not care about your Google ratings?

Very crappy very very bad service. Guys standing around talking laughing just enjoying themselves not caring about the quality of what they are doing. They are all there for just a paycheck and could care less about the pizza or any of what Little Caesar’s stands for! Put order in at 429pm got the order at 501! Like really???!!!!

Placed my order in the app and it said 45mins. An hour and ten mins later I get the notification it's ready. Arrived to a lobby full of angry people with similar stories. 5 employees that all made eye contact with us but didn't seem to care the lobby was full. Pizzas sitting out on the counter getting cold, nothing in warmers. Pizza = cold Service = terrible If zero stars was an option I'd give zero.

This is the worst Little Caesars you want to visit the service there is horrible the employees come to work very dirty nappy hair attitudes ridiculous none of them should be working and where do they find the management there why why why do you make those people managers they don't even talk their shirts in the ladies or girls rather come with rags on their heads none of them look like they brushed their teeth or wash their face

Y'all so nasty I'm starting to think it's every little Caesars at this point. And bubble bass that be spitting while he talk shouldn't be making pizzas. I got a refund because he steady talking and spitting over the pizza and y'all need to use gloves. The health department needs to start doing pop ups at little Caesars foreal.

Walked in and counter guy and guy in back are arguing that counter didn’t call for pizza before they ran out then ordered a pizza and a crazy combo the guy hands me the sauce and it’s less the halfway full I get to my car my mom said there wasn’t enough for the 3 of us so sent me back in for another sauce cup and it again was less then halfway full but charged another 1.25 will not be coming back to this location they price gouge and don’t even fill the sauce cups

Be prepared to wait. Based on past experience, I’ve started ordering via the app and showing up about 10 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready, because it is NEVER ready when it estimated it will be. This even happens when I order hours in advance. They just can’t seem to manage to get the food ready according to a specific time. The last time I went in I ordered via the mobile app at 10:35 AM, scheduled it for a 4 PM pick up time. When I got to the restaurant at 4:07, I noticed an email from 2:54 PM. My order was canceled. No reason why. My credit card information has not changed, I’ve ordered via this method multiple times in the past. And I have a huge amount of credit available on this credit card so it was not declined. I also confirmed the credit card was not blocked. I was told by the person at the cashier that if I order right then it will be ready in 10 minutes. Everyone around me knows this little Caesars always gets busy never has stuff ready on time so I went ahead and did that and went out and sat in the car. I went back in 15 minutes later, to find that my pizza was just put in the oven. It took 35 minutes to get my pizza. Additionally, it seems like they did not have enough staff to have somebody helping people at the register and getting orders, packaged up and ready to go. There was one guy who was packing up the orders and then had to take a break walk over to the register, take orders, etc. I should have known better based on my past experience, that it’s just never gonna be good here. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house so if I want cheap pizza, this is where I must go.
From April, I have pics of what I ordered vs what I got. Quality, speed, customer service all are not great here. But if you keep your expectations low, you still get pizza cheaper here than almost everywhere.
Got 2 hot n ready, apparently they have been sitting for awhile, they were not hot and was dry and hard/crispy. Got the chicken also dry and luke warm, if that.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza at 6:32 and didn’t even get it an hour later. I work in food service and there’s no way it takes an hour to make a hot and ready. Very unsatisfactory in service and the food was not worth the time.

Little Ceasars has definitely stepped there pizza game up and still keeping price reasonable. They do get very busy so if you have no patience you might wanna order early
