Look at how they dont even respond to their terrible reviews, only to a 4 star. They cant say sorry and have 0 excuses. They seriously don't even care, this is the worst place I've ever dealt with. The food is always inaccurate too. I'll be going to Tiffany's from now on. The prices are way better, the pizza is delicious- its only a minute up the road. Google Tiffany's and give it a try!

This will be our last time going to this location. When they were shut down for re-modeling toward the end of this summer and using the Brownstown location, food was good, service was good, wait times good. Now that they have opened their newly re-modeled Trenton location it’s gone to crap! We just ordered there, I get the cheese puffs. Well they were basically dough and no cheese. Tired of the crappy way they make the food here. Like most everyone else we use the app to order. The app tells you a time to pick up. Almost every time, there is a back up and we stand there and wait an additional 30-45 minutes for our food. Bad enough we have to wait so long. The least you could do is make sure to make the food is made right and cooked properly. Wish I could give zero stars. I’m ashamed to say we have gone here multiple times and nothing has changed. We were hoping it was re-opening issues but obviously that’s not the case.

This store is awful! They have the ability to bring in so much money for the company but they have incompetent employee's working here. Placed a order for 2 cheese pizza & 1 pepperoni pizza and waited 2.5 HOURS - at this point they have to pay me for me to ever use this location again.

I would give zero stars to this store if I could. Whoever runs this location has no idea what they are doing. The staff is rude, has no sense of urgency and the wait is always 1-2 hours. I will drive the extra to go to the trenton location or just spend the extra money and order Sammy's across the street.

Food was perfect delicious delivery was on time. And Jacob was awesome accommodating my special request. Would absolutely get dinner here again. All the hard work their doing shows.

They overcharged me, and then had to refund the entire purchase back to my card. They informed me it will take 5 to 7 days for the funds to be returned too my card. I had no other money to make the purchase again, so my family went without dinner for the night! The staff didn't care. Absolutely horrible service. Will not be back.

Ordered online in the app, wasn't ready when it should have been, but the worst part was the quality. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, pepperoni crazy puffs and steak and cheese crazy puffs. Everything was horrible 😢. I was so excited I recently ordered from a Dearborn Heights location and everything was delicious.
