If I could give a million stars I would. I take my mom and dad here with my 18 month old daughter. They both have dementia. The morning staff is amazing. So caring and understanding. I wish everywhere had staff like they do in the mornings.

They always forget things like cheese burgers they forgot a fry and i ordered 4 and got 3 i ordered 2 cheese burgers and got 0 its something its like they try to hide them so u dont notice waste of money in my opinion mostly all other mcdonalds are better than this

was totally a rude atmosphere. i made an order for a large nugget meal with a large drink and when i went to the counter to get my food, i asked for a drink cup and told her it was for a size large. she proceeded to give me a small cup and when i went to the fountain to get my soda she walked over and made an accusation that we were stealing by getting a soda after she gave us the cup. she then walked away without me being able to explain myself and started loudly yelling to her coworkers that we were stealing. totally disrespectful.

Zero on all accounts. Waiting 10 minutes to even take order. Senior Citizen before was treated rude. FOOD WAS COLD. Kid who took order MORE worried about YOU ORDER ON THE APP. Never going back to ANY McDonald's AGAIN. Get treated like an old piece of garbage. Drive thru CAN WAIT.

Wow this place has really gone down hill I ordered cheese burgers Xtra onion Xtra pickles got plain nothing on the burgers no cheese no ketchup mustard onion or pickles I asked for large fries and I got one small and one medium everyone had their phones out not paying attention to the customer standing and reading at the counters horrible customer service the food was just as bad
I’m so happy when I see an employee named Sam. She always takes care of us when we come in. And if there’s an issue, she makes sure to take care of it!! She’s an incredible worker!!

I did mobile app order in their parking lot. Jumped right in drive thru line. They had my food ready in no time. My favorite is the caramel frappe with extra caramel. Mmm Soo good!Seems you get better deals on the mobile app. The only thing I don't like is when you do a delivery, you can't use most deals... They have to be for pickup and restaurants only.My local McDonald's is always friendly, polite, and fast.Ba da da da, I'm loving it!

I specifically called ahead of time to ask if they had apples to go with the oatmeal, as the last 2 times, my order was given to me without them. I got there 10 minutes later and again, no apples, no forewarning when I ordered. Nothing. They also gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich for my husband. I don’t think I’ve been to this McDonald’s a single time where they’ve gotten the order correct. Even when I’m the only person in line.
