Drive thru doesn’t pay attention, you could be in the outer lane and end up waiting 20 minutes while everyone in the inner lane will be served even though you’ve been waiting, I recommend you just go to the one on eureka at least they got a head on their shoulders.

Update go here for a second chance. I ordered I egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin. I get home and I get 2 egg McMuffin I absolutely hate Canadian bacon!food was old Once Again! If I liked it I would’ve ordered it! Older review:The workers are rude. After they didn’t give us the happy meal they said we wasn’t charged for it. That’s okay but then their mistake and tell me to pull around again wtf. ?? Food was cold as usual. This is ridiculous.

The staff was clearly sick and the manager refused to give me a refund after I complained about the person handling my food sneezed on the bag. Definitely never coming back to this location.

This McDonald's is 🤮 like what?? Plastic on my burger?? Always a problem at this place and even the manager doesn't care. Have called corporate before too because the people working here are rude, don't even make eye contact with you, basically fling the food at you from the drive thru. The employees also don't seem to know how to operate a 2 lane drive thru as they will go car after car in one lane while the other lane just sits there and has to wait. Just so yourself a favor and go to another location.

Do not order through DoorDash with them.. I have the wrong order, I called to see can I come get my correct order she told me no DoorDash has to handle that, then my food was late , driver said they messed up on my order twice and I only had a McGriddle ! They need to fire some people, how did you mess up a simple order with 2 receipts then they don’t care .

Food is always made wrong. Why would I get a plain cheeseburger just to get no cheese? That’s what a hamburger is for. Also some weird spots on my McChicken bun. Looks diseased. And my drinks almost never have any flavor because they are always out of syrup. Basically just sparkling water. Nasty. People were nice but food is not. Sad.

I've said it before and I'll say it again never go to this mcdonalds the burgers are always old and cold doesn't even melt the cheese and they are hard at 5pm with a line I don't see how they pull this off do yourself a favor and go to the one on west road
