Sammy's Pizza

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but today was extremely disappointing. I ordered one pizza for pickup and was met with attitude the moment I walked in. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting about 45. Not once did anyone acknowledge the delay with a simple “sorry for your wait” or an update on the order. It’s clear the staff could benefit from better training in customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore—I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Use to order here a lot but I had a experience where I received a pizza with a topping I didn’t order I thought ok I’ll just call up there and figure this out I talked to a manager then the general manager and apparently the owner whom all seemed furious once I said I received a pizza with the wrong topping they all continued to say it’s the pizza I ordered and there’s nothing they can do once I asked to pull up my order to confirm the mistake and they still continued to tell me there’s nothing they would do and started arguing with me so I hung up and will not be ordering from here again

I’ve never had a bad experience with my local Sammy’s Pizza. Whether it be the person that takes my call, to the delivery person, they’re all nice. I even had Sammy’s make party sized pizzas for my son’s 5th birthday. Wonderful experience then as well.

This is for the Gibraltar Rd location. (Kevin) placing my order an everything i order he says will try are best its super busy. I understand, but if I place a order it needs to be done the way I ordered! He says I'll try🤔

Ordered an Italian calzone, received 1/2 lb of slimy dead lettuce. Never again!

I would just like to say that I have never in my life been told that I couldn't get a delivery because the driver had to help put away the delivery truck or that they have a big order and the driver has to help them with the big order and can't deliver this is basically the only place that is open when I try to order food and I get turned down all the time so now I'm just going to stop coming because I'm tired of being treated like trash I've spent so much money here order on a weekly basis and get told the stupid stuff all the time I'm just done
