I've eaten a lot of subway sandwiches in my day, and while some are definitely better than others, I've never had one so bad I couldn't eat it. Until today. I should have followed my instinct and left to go somewhere else when I saw the vegetables but went ahead an ordered. These veggies are definitely not standard subway vegetables. The pickles were thicker crinkle cut and kind of grey colored. Banana peppers looked off, tomatoes were tiny, and the green peppers didn't look like any green peppers I've ever seen at a Subway. I took 2 bites of my $12 footlong sub and threw the rest in the trash. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came into this establishment at around noon today, I said hi to the employee and was just stared at by him. I was trying to be kind and mention I would be ordering two subs in advance, just as a courtesy because that’s something I would appreciate as an employee, knowing in advance like cool, I’m gonna make two subs, let’s go! And say “what can I get started for you today?” And instead I was met with more awkward stares and an almost annoyed presence. The employee threw what looked like a lighter on the table in the back and proceeded to grab a cup of soda, drinking it while just still staring at me in an uncomfortable manner. Never once initiated my order by asking any questions like “what can I get you for the first one?” Instead I had to ask if he was ready and he just nodded. I was ordering for my wife and I, and I ordered her’s first which is a pizza sub with light sauce and he had a snarky attitude and said “sooo just pepperoni, cheese and sauce” like I’m not entirely sure what comes on it, she orders usually and we used to come to this location pretty frequently so I imagined I could just mention a pizza sub and he would know. His demeanor, energy and attitude was completely rude & did not embody any semblance of what customer service should be. Maybe I interrupted his cigarette/smoke break but regardless; 5-10 mins of kindness could go a long way & if this is the standard of service this subway tolerates and accepts, I’m happy to travel five minutes further to the other one down the road to get a better experience.
Both Google & Apple Maps state that this Subway location opens up at 8:30AM. However, when I had arrived today just 10 minutes or so past 9:00AM I walked into the store as presumably the only worker there was on their phone and was ordering food. I understand we all need to eat, however there’s a blatantly clear lack of professionalism and nothing in the store was set up. After the employee’s phone call had ended, I waited even longer while they went to set up. Please either update your hours or your staff.

I really like this place, they definitely keep it clean, I believe it’s a man and his wife that runs it and those are the only employees that works separate times so when they get busy, there’s only one person running the show

I did an online order and asked for some of the ingredients to be extra. When I went into the store, the employee didn’t even greet me and was on his phone the whole time. Never made my order correct and I specifically asked for veggie sub and he just put a little bit of veggies in the sandwich and made it so dry that it was difficult to eat.
The man couldn't speak English, and he barely understand English so now can't get the mail and mustard spread it across the bread properly so now miss handling my food with and attitude 😔

Absolutely terrible. I ordered an online order and it's very clear their employees don't care at all about their work. My entire sub was incorrect. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears and absolutely nothing will be done..It's a shame you pay ppl to do a job and they do a really shitty job at it.. I personally would take the time to review your staff because your staff is absolutely terrible! I will no longer order from the subway ever again! Not to mention they don't even have a working phone number You can't even call up there cuz their phone number is disconnected. I'm not sure who's in charge here or who the owner is but get it together!

Very skimpy on the topping. Sandwich ends up thinner than a piece a paper with so little they put on.
If I could leave no stars I would. I've gotten sick of their food prior. Heard there was new ownership. Well, I'll never return. Rude employee, rude owner. Couldn't tell what the food was like since they refused to make my order.

I saw a review of a former employee that claimed the soda machine has mold in it. Didn’t think too much of it, wrote it off as a disgruntled employee.
However, after ordering here for the first time and trying the sprite, it definitely tasted like mold from the first sip. I recognized it immediately. People pay you for these things man, they trust you to use safe and quality ingredients. It’s highly unethical to serve paying customers unsafe food/drink.
My sub was alright, but I had a hard time eating it feeling like the ingredients might not have been in proper condition.
Side note: I gave half the sprite to my husband before we even drank it and he also thought it tasted weird immediately.
Horrible customer service and didn’t even pay attention to what I was ordering and got it wrong.. Never going back there. Rather drive to different location

All the vegetables looked old, like they have been sitting their for 2+ days. The lettuce and spinach was welted. The young boy that was making the sandwiches kept making them wrong. I said the same cheese for both but he put different cheeses. I said bacon on one, he did not add it. I said very few jalapenos, he added a handful. He took a few off and instead of throwing them away he put them back in the container. I'm pretty sure with food safety this is not okay.
I know Subway is franchised out, but there are standards the subway whole tie at all their locations. This location is not. Corporate really needs to take a look at them!

All the veggies looked 3 days old. They couldn't understand English nor speak English. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, after taking it out of the toaster oven I asked where's the bacon? He said it's on there when it clearly wasn't. I laughed and walked out
