I ordered a meal for me and my wife and my wife got a Mexican pizza as she was eating it. She found three hairs. They miss one of our tacos and when we call them and confront them about it, they were very rude and dismissive. Offering minimal solutions I asked for a refund. They said they can’t do that. That’s not a part store policy went to the store and showed them the order. They said they couldn’t find the order almost no solutions to benefit us. All they could do is offer us a gift card. I would not choose this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order at the west rd taco beep thinking I placed it at the Gibraltar rd one drove to the west rd one and still had to wait 35 mins or more ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not going to the west rd one again!!

Nothing to do with the restaurant itself more so directed towards their corporates; The caramel cinnamon delights are super tasty, but at $2.79 for two they could be a bit bigger. They are as big as a golf ball. Bring back the captain crunch delights or whatever those were.

If you're looking for incorrect orders, cold food, and poor quality overall, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, our last three visits to this location have been consistently disappointing—each time, the order has been wrong. The staff either doesn't read the order correctly or simply doesn't care.
Customer service is lacking across the board, from the front-line workers to the management. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are not priorities here.
I genuinely used to enjoy Taco Bell, but experiences like this have changed my opinion. Our family will not be returning to this location—and possibly not to Taco Bell at all. I’d rather spend more and drive farther to Qdoba or another place that values quality and customer service.

We came in and ordered a meal, no one else in the place at all. They put our food in the mobile pick up and didn't say anything. Had to go figure it out ourselves. Then also added jalapeno and they didn't put it on the item. When asked, they said they put it in it and told my wife they wouldn't give any. I had to take the item to the counter and literally show them and it was still an issue... we were eating in the dining room too. People suck man

Terrible service. They ignore you if you go inside so it's probably best to use the drive thru. The "manager" was rude and couldn't be bothered with questions.

This Taco Bell location NEVER has Baja blast. I’ve been coming here to this location for over 2 years and it’s rare when they have it available. Honestly, if you notice you’re short of a material, wouldn’t you start ordering more supply?
