Stopped by here on a Monday morning to get gas before crossing the border and ended up grabbing some food after missing my Timmies following a few weeks in Florida. The staff here were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Order was done perfectly and everything tasted great!Vegetarian options: Some items are vegetarian or could be made to be so.Parking: Limited spots in a gas station.

The last 2 times.. they've gotten the order wrong.. How hard is it to get a sausage biscuit? Sausage.. in a biscuit.. with nothing else? The woman asked.. we said no thank you.. no cheese.. no egg.. yet twice now.. weeks apart.. with different people at th window... the biscuits have egg and cheese.. Well.. sorry we will drive to west road to Dunkin Donuts from now on...

I miss the people who used to work here. These new age brats couldn't make a decent cup of coffee to save their lives. They are rude as can be. No care in the world to do their jobs correctly nor efficiently. You can kiss "service with a smile" goodbye. I guess since starbucks rejected them they had to come screw up a good thing. I've been going to this same Tim Hortons for years. Today was my last coffee with this location.

This place is horrible! The workers are so disrespectful and rude, I will never come back here ever. When i’m ordering they rush me and my friends when we’re trying to figure out what we want being rude. The food is not even that good and the place inside is so sticky it’s gross. they either need new workers, or the place needs to get shut down.

This place is NEVER OPEN it is run REALLY badly, when it is open the service is just the same as any other Tim Hortons. Please be open more.

Waited in line for 10 minutes at 10:15 this morning. Finally got up to the speaker and the worker instantly says “One second please” in a VERY rude tone, before we even spoke. Then the same lady comes back on, says “I’m ready, go ahead.” We start giving her our order then she interrupts, again, in a very rude tone, “ we aren’t serving food. Just drinks and some doughnuts.” Every time we have came here it’s unorganized, rude workers, and some kind of issue. This place needs serious help with its management.

I have gone to this Tim Hortons a few times for sure. They have made a simple xl French vanilla latte instead of my cappuccino a few times, I have experiences many times here already. I had to literally go 4 miles out of my pjs and into my clothes and go up there and I brought the other drink up and they did give me a replacement and of course it was not full. Talked to Natile who said she is the manager, had absolutely no remorse for their mistake and was a very cold person in general. I asked for another drink to compensate for the drive all the way back up there and she flat out said I can’t do that! How horrible to run a business that way. I asked for the owners name and she said Brian. I have tried calling this establishment before many times because of mistakes they make. Called Tim Hortons 1-800 line and filed a complaint over two weeks ago twice! No response! Called again today and I don’t suspect I will hear back from this call either. I will never go back to Tim Hortons if this is the way they handle their business! ????
